I am actually reading the section in the book that you listened to. I think I am actually an Anti Virgo in a lot of ways....lol Ok. I read that entire section, and there is quite a bit that is accurate, but there are some things ( such as being very neat and tidy, or a " walking drug store " ) that aren't even close to describing me. Overall....I would be willing to say that there is more that is accurate than there is that isn't. Thanks for the link. Pretty good read. |

the question is............. what is patchoulli really made of????? And no googling ya googlers!!!  But I must google... ahhhh... Well, it's actually spelled patchouli. And it's an oil manufactured in many purfumes. You didn't say I couldn't go to dictionary.com

Good point, but.... It may have originally been based on that premise, but it has been adjusted and modified by the fact that we now know the opposite of that premise. One thing to keep in mind is that Astrology is now based on the fact that certain stars, astrological signs, planets, all appear in the same pattern over and over and over. I was never really that much into it because I usually don't find it very accurate when it comes to it's description of me. I seem to be a bit of an enigma to astrology. lol I haven't read much about Chinese astrology, unfortunately. You haven't been reading the right material then. But then again some Virgos like to defy public opinion. lol.. I posted a link to where you can download a very good astrology book in my other thread. I will check it out. Like I said, they usually aren't all that accurate. Some things they are right about, some they are usually WAY off...lol Ok. There must be something SERIOUSLY wrong with me, because I just started reading the section on Virgo, and in a few ways it's close, but it's mostly WAY off from the way I am...lol That is because you're reading horoscopes that are for entertainment purposes only. lol I never listen to the horoscopes in the newspapers, magazines, etc.. They are way too general and could portray to anyone. I am actually reading the section in the book that you listened to. Wikipedia is a site I visit at least once a day. There was a time I wore a patchouli flower oil. It was sweeter and less musky then the traditional scent. |
