That would make an awesome profile.   Sorry, but nice guys do not 'finish last'...I have a hard time with that saying...finish what? Was there a race???  It may 'appear' that "nice" guys don't always "win"...but that is because they are a lot more patient, don't settle, or at least never ever should and are more discreet and particular of the ladies in their lives. Patience, my friend, the right one will appear for you.

I keep a handy dandy old post in my docs for such threads, as they appear often. This post is not referring to you, but rather goes towards generalities of such discussions.
Here is my stance, and a summary of these type threads: 1. If a guy isn't into a girl, he says he is not looking for a relationship. 2. If a girl isn't that into a guy, she says he is too nice. 3. Nice doesn't really mean nice. 4. All men and women are different, not to be lumped together. 5. If you keep meeting the same types of girls and guys.... it's not them, it's YOU |

Nice guys finish last because sometimes being TOO nice is a sign of weakness. No woman wants a weak man, unless she been used and abused by too many, then she learns real quick what it is all about. Men, ask yourself this. How many times do you show a woman interest, and you get excited, you cannot control yourself and say things too soon, but decide to speak from the heart and........ Ya get shut down? It happens WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more than you know. So if you are a nice guy, play against your feelings. Women give you mixed signs of interest anyways. They want to add you as a friend, but not talk to you. If you try to talk to them (too much), they lose interest. So you got to do the same when it comes to how you feel. It's the only way to play fair for both both sexes with a decent shot! This is what I have came to terms on. I am going to try this and take notes. When I decide to play again. These women on here are too brutal on here. I suppose online makes it just too damn easy. Yes it is a game, because people like to play with bull$#!T too much. Some people play hurt until they see how many are interested and make them feel good about themselves, and you know why? So they can over look the good people and pick the one that seems to have somewhat of a heart but with the best looks. So they are lying to themselves that they want a "Decent Guy". There are lots of other examples of such with different outcomes but I do not feel like listing them all. I am supposed to be quitting smoking...... but F*** that too. My heart rate...... I am going outside now.... yeah, I agree with you there...but the same goes for men as it does women. Men play just as many mind games, this is so confusing |

Yes, I'm back!
I didn't even turn a pc on until today! Here is my new fav emoticon. It is so raunchy, don't you think? My vacation was fantastic, beaches and boats and clam cakes and chowder. I even went to the beach in the rain one day.... Anyhow, back to topic.... NICE does not, not not not mean nice. In no way, shape, or form. |
