take her to theropy and become part of the problem this country is heading for. Have her pop some pills that in 10 or maybe earlier will harm her worse than a kick in the seat of her pants. And she will have kids at like 14 or 15 and keep the chain going on and on.

I just cant get over the fact that a police officer can even think never mind publicly promote violence it is preposterous. Is this what is happening across this country?
I am sorry but I have issues about the whole thing which happened here and it is not going to disappear overnight. I have a flippant attitude about people's one liner comments because often they are just what they are (a thought which has not been digested properly) and a funny one liner (or so I think)seems to lighten the atmosphere.If someone comes on site and publicly announces their authority for which I have deepest respect for, and preaches a premeditated act of violence, it shatters my world which is built upon principles that I live with. Unfortunate Sir/Madam utterly unfortunate.

My son is in therapy and is taking meds which help him.Maybe you need a kick in the pants for talking thru your hat about issues you haven't experienced.People like you are why some don't seek help and then grow up to murder rape and pillage out of sheer frustration.I may seek therapy because some of the answers in this thread depress and enrage me.Whatever happened to empathy,compassion and human decency.

Is the world moving faster than I anticipate, Or combination of all? All I know is we have no more sense of community nor have we respect , even relative respect. We have all thrown it away in the name of upholding the first amendment is it? excuse my ignorance I am a foreigner.
I was just revising my threads and was suddenly interested to read what happened as I left the forum in disgust on that sad sad sad day.

Robert, I think as we are getting older, we are becoming more wise. And with that wisdom we have gained from life experiences, we have become more empathetic.

I saw sad things happen on a suicide thread that upset me.
The person's ex and himself were close to being suicidal. One person suggested giving them a gun and another said that they would date a suicidal person. There were so many flippant answers that I was shocked and stated so. The thread ended up being deleted.

I just don't understand it all.

I have in the past not through this site dealt with at least 3 suicide cases

Case 1 I rescued a lady from a suicide (a friend not lover) and we were very angry with one another for a long long time to the point of not talking to each other after the rescue.the proccess of reconciliation has taken about 5 years, and we are very good friends now.

Case 2 lady who was committing suicide who just wanted attention constantly and wasn't succeeding because she was just wanting attention. But without condemning her she had once been a victim of rape and on the rebound was I think been drugged and naked pictures taken and plastered all over the net. I don't think these have nothing to do with us getting wiser in the old age sorry to disagree. There is something fundamentally wrong which suggests that many don't deserve autonomous thinking rights and thinking must be provided for them.

Case 3 she succeeded enough said on that one.

Please look at a thread today called I am bored. This African American Lady a lovely lady ( already disadvantaged because of her race in this country , additionally is disabled and can not walk.

and is asking what to do on a Saturday and like always flippant suggestions start to pour in

until some lady suggest her to jump up and down on the furniture though funny they don't realize that what they are suggesting is insensitive. So I post an oh no way smiley to them 'but it continued and every one saying how a good idea it was jumping up and down the furniture so I posted an unusually direct posting no one dared to dispute it but got a lot of huh remarks from the party involved. Read a profile before you post is it that difficult?

As for me now I have just put the very way out electronic version of the "Prelude a l'apres-midi d'un faune" by Debussy
to reconcile the old with new with a very large Glass of Californian white Zinfandel with crushed ice and will not give a hoot as kids have gone to bed and now I have my time and I am going to enjoy the blessings that I have and care no more until next postings good night.
