This is a question for single fathers who have sole custody? Do you feel there is a double standard when it comes to child support in this state? From what I see you have to almost beg to get a child support order. From what I have found out when the courts are awarding child support for men paying they often base it on what they can earn. When women are ordered to pay they base it off of what they are earning. so no job they never have to pay. Where a man they would base the child support on at least minimum wage. Has anyone else seen this?

Theory of evolution is flawed when viewed with other sciences. For example. Second law of thermodynamics states that energy in a closed system will move from a state of order to a state of disorder. For evolution to happen the way it says this law could not exist. Evolution works backwards from thermodynamics. The only way for evolution to work is energy must be added to the universe or the law of thermodynamics is wrong. if energy is being added where is it coming from? Is there more than one universe? 3) Can you support smoking and drinking from the word of God?

Best advice on finding "Mr right". Date everyone. Plan to go on at least 5 dates a week at the beginning. Doing this will help you better figure out what qualities are most important to you. As you build your list you will eventually find the one who is right for you. Also I would say enjoy your life. Why rush into settling down so soon? You will change so much in the next few years. you may want to wait.

Where for men it is often based on how much they can earn. So men rarely will get child support.

As far as her telling you what he does and has said he does that is hearsay. You almost have to drug test him or get her to testify to his behavior and see him take the pain medication. If she denies it there is nothing the court will do. You will need to obtain actual evidence that he was driving under the influence. Getting pulled over for a dui with your child in the car should do it. but anything short of that will be tough
