my wife and I were together 17 years before she passed, with no end in sight. For the first year, we couldn't sleep apart, the 2nd year we started recognizing a sense of "obligation" to sleep together, by the 17th year we barely ever slept together, she'd either hog space, or I'd snore. It had absolutely zero effect on our marriage, in fact, we were happier in the end than we were in the beginning, we knew each other, we respected space. |

My wife was ten years younger, we were together 17 years before she passed and we'd have lasted till death, so yes, but there's a caveat.
I decided this time I need someone my age, having spoken with a couple of younger women, there's no denying the "connection" wasn't there, life experience is undeniably important, there is absolutely no comparison to talking to someone that can complete sentences for you and vice versa. |

Rather than Zoom or Skype, which are both mentioned above, I use Discord, it's free and doesn't require personal info.
There is no possible way I'll use my own number for the nonstop requests I get, my number, as with anyone's, can be searched for personal info. |

I'll say it, as a white male I'm swamped in it and I despise it.
It's just easier to blame your fear/anger on an easy, simple target. Politicians use it to misdirect by pointing fingers at immigrants rather than their own policies to fault economic woes. I came from Irish immigrants, my grandmother told us stories of her grandfather having to deal with ant-Irish hatred back in the late 1800's. It was wrong then, it's still wrong. |
