The only reason I see for that is if the men snores really loud.
Apart from that, if a man wants to sleep alone, even occasionally, he's not for me. I love going to sleep together and waking up together. |

This Thread is for all those Husband /Wife who are still sleeping in separate Rooms.
Putting a drywall between Husband n Wife may seem like a Unnecessary barrier to regular Sex. Sleeping in Separate bedrooms could actually bring an End to Couple's Sex Life . |

Hi Fem partner disturbance and sleep deprivation can become a serious issue for many couples . There is nothing wrong with sleeping in separate rooms if that is something βbothβ of you feel comfortable about . . Like Moto said .. sex/ intimacy is not confined to sharing a bedroom . Likewise .. the norm that married couples have to share the same matrimonial bed is a little outdated and there are valid reasons during the span of a marriage why being bedmates may not be feasible.

My ex used to snore the siding off the house. I learned to sleep on the last two feet of my side, because she was such a bed hog. Getting woke 3-6 times a night wasn't unusual. I had a bulged disc in my back once. She got mad at me for sleeping in another bed. Waking myself up 5 times a night just by moving wrong was bad enough.
I think I gave her the divorce she wanted, just so I could get a decent night's sleep. In just one weeks time, I stopped needing naps on the weekend. No way am I going through that again, with any woman. |

I'm not sure separate rooms would be necessity...
But, when a couple is tall, and one or both sprawl, a damn big bed, might come in handy. |

I don't agree to it.. husband and wife dont need barriers, sex is not life.. husband are wife are two bidy with one soul.. not required allvtime hanky panky... My thoughts were for real loving and caring couple(husband & wife) |

It would be good if we could afford that luxury! A room for us, and then a room each for both of us, and surely we wouldn't want to throw out our parents, children! So, a room each for all of them!
WoW!!!! Not a bad dream..... |

WoW!!!! Not a bad dream..... Parents and children? Parents don't live with their adult children. And my own children have left the nest years ago. They're adults. I'd find it more important to have my own personal room for my crystals etc. I've got that now as well, and in the house I lived before with partner and kids when 1 kid moved out. But you also need space to hang up the wash. But I need my own room. For crystals & meditation etc. |

Children become adults, on their own, fly off for their own nest! Parents are left to decay, by themselves! -Fruits of globalization! But no, the seeds of this trend may have been sown post the industrial revolution, and also the growth of the capitalist order! However, this thread does not demand travelling back that far into history! Wot this thread warns me about is, we shall soon need separate physical space for the one with whom we thought we'd walk into the sunset of life, hand-in-hand! And if we do not have the luxury of the same, one of us will fly out for another nest! Now I am scared! |

I would never throw my parents out.
They showed me the world, holding their fingers i learned to walk, so it doesn't matter me how big is our home.. luxury or superior class. For me they are my world an before god my mother comes first.. anyway sorry, the topic is on different segment.. chillpill |
