HazMat...by far. They're there to help you. SWAT (SRT here) are not. And if I can see HazMat rolling up, I'm not dead yet, so will probably survive. Not so certain with SWAT or any police. They're all a member of a club that you and I are not. And members have priveledges.

oh yeah!!!small bag of somethin else????????thats no good...weed is one thing.harder drugs are for the not so smart ones.they can take away every thing youve worked for.it is my experience that people who do hard drugs usually dont work though.they spend there life lookin for thier next fix.not me i work hard and enjoy my toys.see.....most people who do hard drugs dont have toys...
Regardless of the fact that weed is grown, not manufactured, it is still in the same category as meth, crack, etc because there is no valid medical use for it. Percodan (Percocet), Codeine (Lortabs, Lorcet, etc) and Demerol are all for pain and are all legal to own with a prescription from a doctor. They are manufactured by valid pharmaceutical companies and prescribed by physicians. Marjuana is not. NO Federal law makes any weed legal even though a few states have decriminalized it. The reason weed is on the same SCHEDULE as meth, coke, crack, heroin, etc is because it is not manufactured by a pharmaceutical company and has no medical use. I dont really understand your question. I wasn't talking about pharmaceuticals. Only weed and the others NOT prescribed by doctors. If you find an MD prescribing crack, methamphetamine, rtc....post it. And I'll call bu11s4it. |

If the police knocked on your door and you answered it, and they saw, in plain view, weed or something else illegal in your place, you have not got a leg to stand on.
Police do not have to have a warrant to knock on yur door and look inside. Even if it was a cop collecting for the cops kickback fund. If they see it in plain view, you're f**ked! And heres some more bad news...if you're using an indigent defender, and you're living in any state except California, you're already guilty. Take my advice, pay an attorney and ask his advice. I HATE to give that advice cause I hate lawyers. But they're like a handgun....when you need one, nothing else will do. And you do need one. |

Ya there's a lot more to this story that we are not hearing. Nope nothing more then a letter that they gave as i walked out the door saying due to finicial changes my job is being terminated. Trust me i wish there was a logical reason. I worked hard and the company started losing money so the manager never liked me cuz i stood up for myself. The Doctor only cared about making money and not about the patients or his employees. And i was the direct opposite. Apply for unemployment and get a new job...and a new boyfriend, in my opinion. Nurses are still highly in demand. Don't sweat it. Take a day off and relax and consider your next move. You have one. Oops. I misread the part about your boyfriend. Maybe it's a good thing if you worry and stress, to have someone there to help you relax and see the bright side. Being supportive doesn't always mean agreeing with you and especially not drowing in your sorrow with you. (Sorry, boyfriend) In my life, every bad thing led to a better thing. It usually does. |

They didn't give you a reason? Surely there has to be sort of procedure they are required to follow. Maybe the boyfriend is just trying to get your mind off of it? did they give you your last check as for by law when they fire you they have to give you your check within 24hours nope no check Actually new federal regulations state that a person must receive their paycheck on the normally scheduled day they receive it. There is no 24/72 hour "law". If you had one check due Tuesday and another 3 tuesdays from now, that's when you are, by law, supposed to get them. Generally, state law follows federal law. |

It is who I am, without extraneous descriptions on my personalty or frame of mind. I wasn't actually referring to your name Kimmi. I meant full names that weirdos, with your city & state could track down. Theres nuts everywhere, even here.
