I would have to get alot of schooling for that. You would be surprised
at how much weird crap you have to know to be a manager on large scale
sites. One of the jobs I took right out of college was working for such
a firm that built water treatment and sewer treatment plant. Concrete
has different ratings and must be put through a pressure test. Each
cement truck that pulls upto a job site gives the barrel a shake and
quick mix and pours a card board cylender full of concrete before
pouring the job site. You have to mark on the cylinder a load number and
write down what part of the building that cylinder is being put into.
After 21 days the cylinders are sawn to give 2 perfectly flat surfaces
and give the rated amount of pressure and the concrete has to hold that
pressure for so long. If the concrete fails the test you have to tear up
the concrete and any work you have done since then and replace it. I
worked on a job where the company mixed their own concrete so there was
no supplier to sue for the bad concrete that went bankrupt and the
company I worked for took the job. So yah I know just enough to have
management wrote all over me but not enough schooling to make it work.
Plus nearly all managers in construction actually have to work and I can
not do that type work.

As much as I love the outdoors I would not take a person to a park that
was not used much even for a picnic until we had met atleast once. My
rule for meeting anyone off the net is to meet in a public place. It is
safer on both parties so you can feel more at ease and get away or get
help if you had a nut case. I have used a local state park for a first
date years ago but I knew the girl for a few years(just never dated,
went to school together). It was a great first date but I would not
trust someone off the net let alone a woman trust a strange man taking
her into a wooded area with few if any other people around.

I have a great first date outing for this weekend without a date. Any
horse lover in the area want to go to the TN walking horse show in
Shelbyville? Dinner at a good restraunt(forgot what all they have down
there as it has been 5 years) and a night at the celebration. Plenty of
time to talk between classes and plenty of safety with all the cops and
people around. I hope to have a pic up by Friday.

No but since I was unable to ever return to that job the state labor
board said to settle it in court. With the max amount I can get against
the factory being only 30K above what I paid out of my pocket. The state
labor board should have made them reinstate the work comp insurance.

My ex wife was terrible with keeping a check book properly. So I gave
her her own account. I used my account for the construction jobs I did.
Then we had a joint account which the ex had limited access to by her
not carrying the check book. So my personal account was sort of a
business account. My check from the factory was direct deposited into
the joint acount. She used her account to send off the bills that had to
go through the mail and what ever else she did. It was a way of this
very busy hard working husband to make sure there was money put back.
Her bank account had a saving account that was pulled out of for over
drafts to protect us.

The thing is when you sit down and do your budget you need all the bank
statements together. Do not hide anything. And yes my private account in
my eyes was our money not mine it was just set a side as my horse
trading, cow hustling, construction, plumbing and eletric work fund. At
times it had 5K in it that I refused to let her touch even to pay off a
bill. But that is because unless you know farming in any since it is
seasonal to some extent. Cattle prices rise and fall so I sold when they
got high and bought small weights when they were low. When you sell off
a large lot you need money stashed back to purchase the next good deal.
It was not I wanted to keep the money from her or not pay the car
off(the bill she kept bugging me to pay off), it was she did not
understand the nature of the business.

If you seem to be hiding money in a private account to your other half
it says to them that you do not trust them. Letting them see the numbers
month/quarterly when you discuss the budget wether or not it is a formal
budget meeting like some have, lets them know what you have. If you
happen to be self employed it can be hard to get across to the other
person about keeping a reserve amount but atleast try to explain it that
you are not with holding money from the house hold. I have seen
marriages destroyed by both parties having their own bank accounts
because of distrust. Then again I have seen it work great and in these
good cases they were upfront with showing the amount of money in the
account. After a time this becomes less necessary but keep doing it to
remove any doubts regularly.

A dream of mine has always been to go to the great plains of Africa. I
am a nature program addict.

King, I was at the top of my life. Making more money with the farm than
the factory job but still working for the insurance which was needed
with us having 3 kids at the time(4th born in Oct after I got hurt in
Aug.). Well one day right before shift end I slipped on oil and fell
down a small flight of stairs. I split the next to the last
vertabrea(L4) and broke the nerve going down my left arm about mid way
between the shoulder and elbow. The arm injury was found out quickly but
the split vertabrea did not show up on X-ray. It took a while of severe
muscle spasms before the doctors looked for a reason with a bone scan.
Later MRIs showed I have 2 bulged disc in my neck which one of them is
now bugging me, and another bulged disk between my shoulder blade. I was
in bed for 8 months having to use a walker to get to the bathroom and
such. After they found the problem the company fired me and I had to
wait til we sold the farm to pay for the surgery. So the surgery fused
the last 3 vertabrea together and to my tail bone. It releaved the
pressure off the nerve so I can walk but there was to much damage done
to the nerve and I still have severe muscle spasms. My left arm has no
feeling most of the time in my hand but since the fingers are controled
by tendons in the fore arm I have use of it as long as it does not
require feeling for what you are doing like typing. So I have to watch
my hand on the keyboard and there is no way I can learn to type(I never
really used a computer much before I got hurt). But from time to time
the arm goes limp and I carry it around like a dead weight. Well there
you have my injuries. The club did not work because every woman I met
want to dance and when they found out I could not they would politely
excuse themselves and walk away. What is sad is I know I could drive a
truck but I can not pass a DOT physical as you can not be on a maintance
narcotic like Soma and Loratab. I looked into buying and automatic semi
until I found that out. I know with my limited use of my left leg I
could not drive one with a clutch.

I used to break horses. I never had enough time in the day to ride all
the horses in the barn so I had head lamps and rode nearly nightly. It
is so quiet and peaceful then.

I owned several TN Walking mares. I had them bred to high quality
spotted walking horse, a cremelo(to sorrel to get pals) or world grand
champions. It was either breeding for color or the best of the best. I
sold one colt at 4 months old for $8K but the stud fee was $5K as it was
out of Pusher(I bought the mare in foal). When breeding to the high
dollar studs it was all about knowing the flaws of your mare and trying
to use a stud that would over ride these. Like The Touch did not have
much heart but was a very good walking horse would only be bred to a
mare with alot of heart. I never made this pairing but anyone who knows
walking horses and was at the show when the Touch won knew it was the
shortest work out ever to crown the WGC.

My back injury took me out of the business and finally my farm. But
what else do you wish to talk about on this topic. I have broke horses,
shown horses, and raised 2 WC 2 year olds and one became a WC 3 year
old(both of these sold as colts). If it is walking horses I know the
blood lines and even within reason the colors possible from breeding 2
horses together.

Well most women have smaller hands than men and it is based on a mans
hand.

Copperhead Rd. describes a big part of my past. Forever Yours by
Journey describes how I love(goes back to me not saying I love you till
I really do). The Joker by Steve miller band also pretty much fits.

I just had a though for you ladies. Across the palm of your hand is
about 4 inches. This is where the measurement for horses came from. We
measure a horse from the bottom of the hoof to the top of the should.
Horses are said to be so many hands tall. So you can get a rough measure
of a man by wrapping your hand around his member and putting your other
hand on top of that. If he is longer than 8 inches your hands will not
cover it. If he is shorter both hands will cover it. But this will give
you some guide.

Well my ex measured mine with the tape measure which was always on the
head board as I used it for work everyday it was with my car keys. I
never claimed to be big though. I have 7 1/2 inches according to her
reading the tape measure(she is not that good with one).

Being disabled going to the club was a disaster. Everyone my age that I
know is married. Just hoping for some friendships and maybe just maybe
one of them will turn into something special.

Anywhere from 5 minutes to over an hour of foreplay. The type of
foreplay makes a big difference and the mood. Most of the time 10-30
min. would be the more middle ground. It takes a while to give a full
body rub down front and back even working the fingers to toes. Get her
good and loose and then twist her into a pretzel, fun, fun.

I am working on it, honestly I am. So yall with be able to put my face
with my words soon enough.

I am ticked because I had a long reply wrote out and lost it as page
not found popped up when I hit send.

Part of it was what Greeneyelady said. Some jews know Christ as their
savior. They have part of the old law that must be followed as well as
using Christ teaching. This is what the jew that was married to a
baptist was. I did not know the terms for which was which.

The next part was about Islam. Islam and Jews actually were one and the
same at one point very far back in history. I forgot who gave her hand
maiden to her husband to bear a child but it was her son and her hand
maidens son that made the rift. Both were said to become great nations.
The prophets that followed from both lines at first taught both groups.
But then as the groups grew they had their own prophets that the other
group would not reconise(I know I spell terible) and the rift grew. So
even Islam was founded by jews.

Islam though had one major difference later on. Even the jews had rules
about "mixing" with gentiles(non believers). The Islam people took it to
an extreme and said convert or die and would behead those that would not
convert(atleast outwardly). The jews rules stayed along the lines do not
marry them and do not allow them to live inside your cities. But most do
not understand these words as it has lost context today. Inside the city
means inside the city walls not in the greater city which was around the
city. Just like no one understands the gate being so important as it is
writen in the bible. The gate was a large passage and there was only one
on smaller cities so everyone passed through the gate. This is where the
officials would either turn you away or let you in. It was also where
you had to leave through so if you had done something wrong they were
sure to catch you for the most part. The gate was most of the time the
size of a football feild or so. You were let in the gate and you were
trapped. You could not get out until they let you out as it had
doors/gates on each end. Maybe this will help people better understand
the writings about the gate. BTW the eye of the camel was a small door
that was used for after hours work. A camel would normally fit through
with no problem as long as it was unloaded. This is mentioned in one
spot as it is easier for a person to get through the eye of the camel
than for a rich man to enter heaven.

The ex and I tried it once when I was away for a few weeks. It was a
bad experience(no real pleasure) but it did show how much we wanted to
be together. I have never understood the phone sex and cybering after
that at all. If you did not have a long term relationship and just being
forced to be about what good did it do. How with someone you do not know
is suggestion better than the real thing?

Unsure hit the nail on the head for me and many others who started our
families while young. I met a young lady on another site during a 7 day
free trial. She is 19 and I am 34. She had no kids of her own and I have
4. I do not want anymore children and I have not met personally any
woman who does not at some point in her life wants to be a mom. This
girl and I hit it off emailing each other until she told me her true
age. She had in her profile she was 25. When I asked if she would ever
want kids the answer was most definatly a couple. So I told her find
someone else as I am done(hope so anyway).

But if you want more kids and they do and you have a real connection go
for it. The drive to reproduce is very strong and will destroy a good
relationship if the other partner does not want kids. I am looking 10
year younger and older because I want someone young enough to keep up
with me and someone old enough to have their kids and to be mature
enough to know what they want. 22 is a bit young but depending on the
life he has lead he may well be ready to settle down as most of us in
our 30s are.

It does matter alot. My ex keeps trying to set me up with a wichen(hope
I spelled it right). This lady is all for it. But it is a clash of
religous believes that could never work long term. Nearly all religions
say they are the only way to get to heaven/after life. So if you truely
believe you would always be trying to convert your partner if you cared
anything for them. Now jews and christians are serving the same God. Our
bibles old testament is what the jews use. I know of a couple that has
been married for many years where he is a jew and she is a christian.
They spend time in both churches as a family. Since these religions are
very simular it works for them.

I am open to all of christian faith. If we truely believe Christ is the
son of God we are all a part of the same faith wether some church groups
want to believe it or not.

This is a real hard one for me now days. I used to pay for everything
but how many high schoolers do you know who worked 2 part time jobs for
40+ hours a week. My ex worked and helped with the bills until she could
not work with our first child. after that she stayed home and took care
of the kids until they went to school(in between sets of kids). It just
seemed right in every way for me to work extra hard for my kids to have
a full time mom.

But now I am disabled on a limited budget. Every penny counts. I know I
will pay for the first date but there will have to be dutch dates to
follow. I would never expect her to pay for my dinner until long into
the relationship on special occations(like my bday, fathers day, ect).
So like many others have said the sign of the times is both people have
to work and pay the bills so you may as well start sharing
responsability now.

Breezy I have not met a redhead without the temper. I have met some
like myself(and plenty better at it) who can keep a lid on it most of
the time. But atleast you know where you stand as nearly all of us speak
our minds. Now the blondes/brunetts are more likely to go and cry and
tell you nothing is wrong. Most of the redheads atleast tell you off for
doing what you did before they start crying.

Being 34 I am looking both younger and older upto 10 years of age. I am
more likely to date a 45 year old than a 25 year old because of
maturity. Like Rocky said when you get older age matters less as long as
there is good chemistry until you get to the younger people who are not
fully matured yet.
