need some advise...
It has recently been predetermined that I have an autoimmune disease, and the medical team is still trying to put the correct reasonings to it. I notified my boyfriend of 6 months about what is going on and now he seems to be more distant but yet when we are able to talk, he says he misses me and how much he loves me. I went to see him last weekend (before the medical predetermination) and it seemed a little ackward. There are quite a few things going on outside of my medical issues that is causing stress in our lives and i'm not really sure how to take the 'distant' responce that I'm getting... any thoughts???? so confused |

Lay down the law to him. Sounds like he thinks he owns you which he does not! Also sounds like only his feelings matter, yours do not! Another no-no on his part! A very controlling type of person. You are the one who has to tell him like it will be since he only wants to think what he thinks is how it will be. we've had many conversations on this topic, he just gets upset and doesn't talk to me for a couple of days.. he started this crap about 2 months ago... it's not always been like this, that's one thing that has got me ALL confused. |

well if he is not pickin up a phone thats stupid! he like u alot n gets pissed off u go out with other friends! n if ur friends with him n he knows it well talk to him and explain to him and compromise a solution which other can turn into tellin him. Are u that into me or are u jealous? or wats up with ya? He may call me once or so every few weeks but if i don't call him every other day or so he thinks that i'm in a serious relationship or don't want to have anything to do with him... |

Now why is it: he gets mad when i don't call him regularly but yet he hardly ever picks up the phone; he doesn't want to go hang out, but gets upset if i do and don't let him know; he always assumes that I'm dating someone if I go out...
We're only friends and have been for 11 years; he states he has no interest in me on a level moreso than friendship; i have no interest in him moreso than friendship; but yet he gives me the 3rd degree... I just don't get it... |
