The UN has declared today, March 20th as the very first ... are you ready for it? International Day of Happiness! Seriously! A well known expert (I can't remember her name! Ha!) has stated that the best way to happiness is to engage in an attitude of gratitude! She also stated 6 key elements to bringing more happiness to your life. They are: - More sex (This was her favorite. She said in the interview that if you are in a loving relationship, this was one of the best ways to get the endorphins happening and to be loving, therefore happy!) - Be grateful - Volunteer - Go outside (I'll pass on this one as we're having a snow storm today!) - Treat someone to a random act of kindness - Meditate Pretty cool heh? What are your thoughts as to being happy! I want to add listening to music as it always lifts my spirits! |

My favourite men's scent that I am not allergic to is:
Eternity by Calvin Kline!   I once followed a scent at the shopping mall figuring it had to be someone ahead of me & truly enjoying and mesmerized by every breath! All of a sudden I walked right into him!  A most embarrassing moment! teehee |

...then I saw your oil remark and remembered I am often wearing 'theives' which is cloves, cinnamon and other stuffs essential oils. The kids at school say I smell like pumpkin pie I am very allergic to perfumes and colognes but this sounds most interesting. Where do you buy it, if you don't mind my asking?
