The UN has declared today, March 20th as the very first ... are you ready for it? International Day of Happiness! Seriously! A well known expert (I can't remember her name! Ha!) has stated that the best way to happiness is to engage in an attitude of gratitude! She also stated 6 key elements to bringing more happiness to your life. They are: - More sex (This was her favorite. She said in the interview that if you are in a loving relationship, this was one of the best ways to get the endorphins happening and to be loving, therefore happy!) - Be grateful - Volunteer - Go outside (I'll pass on this one as we're having a snow storm today!) - Treat someone to a random act of kindness - Meditate Pretty cool heh? What are your thoughts as to being happy! I want to add listening to music as it always lifts my spirits! |

Happiness is returning to the Constitution and the founding principals that once made us a great nation. The UN however would never understand that since they all represent their nations elite, ruling class. They would like nothing better than a passive populace content to droll on themselves under Agenda 21. |

Don't be surprised if there is a card celebrating this "UN holiday" next year....the UN was probably lobbied by Hallmark Cards to do this.
It could even lead to a change in the busiest bar day of the year.
