you ever given a homeless person money? I have not given homeless people money, but I have given a bunch of women from a battered shelter work painting at one of my jobsites. I even paid for the off duty police officer to stand there and all night to make sure nobody showed up to create problems

or get a power rack (if you have the room) Yeah I have the room. The one that I am looking at retails for 2500 with all the attachments it will take up the entire extra BR but I can get it for $1k. I was thinking if it isn't for me then I can sell it to someone else for $1k....(provided I can find a buyer). Edit: the main benefit is working out when I want. I have a busy schedule at time and don't want to miss a workout because of it. well if you dont have a set schedule I doubt you will see the benefits you desire honestly

do yourself a favor and save your $ -just lift free weights Yeah but I have this fear of free weights when not being spotted. I also want to work out my entire body. I could join a gym but the price for the machine used is very attractive. I just wonder if I will use it or not. do dumbell presses then. You need to build up those stabalizer muscles anyway

every free weight available, treadmill, elipt, etc. It is only useless if you look at it that way
