Thanks to everybody as I've decided to do both with my friends help for 1000. I can refi at 4.8% with 5K for improvements and $4K for Disney World, Aquarium, Museums, Zoo, Amusement park, and touring rest of Florida for two weeks this summer with $100 lower mortgage til up for sale in 6 to 12 months.

Personally, I'd prefer a woman to just be herself otherwise she's not only wasting your time but everybody else's who is involved like children, babysitters, and family not to mention money, time, etc.
