Also nice try...

just because you found some article that states that the supreme court has on occasion gave non citizens protections, it doesn't mean that much.

I guess we'll find out who's right if each one of these "violations" make it to the supreme court or if their azzes get sent back to where they came laugh

It's not that the SCOTUS "on occasion" gives rights to non-citizens. It's that the Constitution explicitly uses the term "person" and not "citizen." Maybe you think that means we're free to pick which rights go to immigrants, and the DOJ should punish "dangerous opinion." But the courts usually say that immigrants get to speak their minds regardless of the current administration's view on Israel, without being imprisoned/deported by the government. I agree, and now the courts are ruling closer to my opinion than yours. laugh

Citizens are protected with the constitution, not illegals

Nice try, but:
The Constitution Protects All People—Not Just Citizens
engagefordemocracy.substack.com/p/the-constitution-protects-all-peoplenot
The Fifth Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment both protect “persons”—not just citizens. That includes:

* Tourists and students on visas
* Refugees and asylum seekers
* Undocumented immigrants
* People who cross the border illegally
* Permanent residents (green card holders)

The U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly upheld that once someone is physically present in the United States, they are entitled to basic constitutional protections, including due process and equal protection

Trump wasn’t seeing and shaking hands with people that weren’t there. Lol.. Trump wasn’t the one getting lost in a square room. Trump wasn’t sleeping on the job more than he was awake. Trump makes Biden look like a fool in any issue. More folks behind Trump now than ever before.. and that is fact..

I never said Trump was shaking hands with people not there. Just that he recalls conversations that clearly never happened.

Why Is This Doctor Asking President Trump To Take Alzheimer's Test?
www.msn.com/en-in/politics/government/why-is-this-doctor-asking-president-trump-to-take-alzheimer-s-test/ar-AA1NDZ60?ocid=BingNewsSerp
Experts have pointed out that Trump's apparent tendency toward confabulation, which refers to confidently recounting events that never happened. The Guardian reported that Trump recently claimed his late uncle professor John Trump had taught Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber, at MIT. The timeline makes this impossible: John Trump died in 1985, more than a decade before Kaczynski was publicly identified, and Kaczynski never studied at MIT.

Richard A. Friedman, professor of clinical psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine, told The Atlantic after one such performance: “If a patient presented to me with the verbal incoherence, tangential thinking, and repetitive speech that Trump now regularly demonstrates, I would almost certainly refer them for a rigorous neuropsychiatric evaluation to rule out a cognitive illness.”

As for your other points, Trump sleeps on the job way more than Biden ever did, and his approval ratings are lower than any other president at this time in their presidency.

Trump, 79, Deletes Weird AI Video Shilling Magic Beds
www.thedailybeast.com/trump-79-posts-ai-version-of-himself-shilling-magic-beds/
President Donald Trump posted an AI video of himself promoting a fake product called “medbeds” to his 10.8 million followers on Truth Social—deleting it after it was up for about twelve hours.

The clip takes the form of a phony Fox News report in which Lara Trump, the president’s daughter in-law, says Trump has announced “the nation’s first medbed hospitals” and that every American would receive a “medbed card.”

The report then cuts to AI Trump speaking in direct, complete sentences inconsistent with the president’s normal speaking patterns.

“Every American will soon receive their own MedBed card,” AI Trump says. “With it, you’ll have guaranteed access to our new hospitals led by the top doctors in the nation, equipped with the most advanced technology in the world.”

Trump reposted a video featuring AI versions of himself and his daughter-in-law, not knowing that neither he, nor his daughter-in-law ever said anything of the sort. This is scary how gone DJT is. Time to invoke the 25th Amendment!

But you never saw a need to invoke the 25 amendment for Biden.. your not being serious, just partisan..

True. I never called for Biden's cabinet to remove him from office, but Biden was never as bad as Trump is now. While Biden's had a stutter since childhood and a decades long political career filled with probably hundreds of verbal gaffs, none of that implied that Biden was senile.

President Trump, on the other hand, while being a public figure for decades as well, used to be very well-spoken and quick-witted. Funny, even, and now he's slow and incapable of lining up more than a couple complete sentences worth of a thought. before he mispronounces words or makes something up. He's confusing countries, people and events and describing imaginary situations and conversations that never happened. That and other things he does are clear signs of dementia.

And today, President Trump tried to speak to a room full of top military officers, and came off as a complete idiot. They only reason they didn't get up and walk out on him was because they aren't allowed to, and Trump even threatened them. But they didn't applaud him, either. It was sad.

First of all the reason that many ICE Agents are going plain clothes or wearing mask is due to many of them getting attacked or Harassed for doing their jobs.;.

Anyone that thinks they should not be Protected for doing their jobs are welcome to sign up for the job if they think they can do any better..

As far as them wearing plain clothes that is not against the law...

http://fox5sandiego.com/news/local-news/plainclothes-ice-arrest-in-san-diego-raises-questions-about-legality/

"What does the law require?"

Federal law doesn’t mandate uniforms, but agencies like ICE typically require officers to carry and display identification. Under the National Defense Authorization Act of 2021, federal agents responding to civil disturbances must “visibly display” IDs and agency affiliation—but undercover and plainclothes officers are exempt.

Additionally, ICE has authority under Section 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to arrest individuals without warrants in public spaces—but only when they have probable cause or valid administrative arrest warrants.

ICE policy also allows agents to make arrests outside or within courthouses, something that has occurred in San Diego.

Yes, ICE agents are being asked to do a job in an illegal fashion. Where they're told to arrest people to meet Stephen Miller's quota of 3,000 immigrants per day. Arrest quotas are the opposite of probably cause and due process.

And it's not valid undercover work when driving around in a van to round up suspected undocumented immigrants. Law enforcement officers already have the means to protect their identities on the job. Ever looked up a police officer's address or phone number? If you had, you'd know their name and number just leads you to their police building or headquarters. When ICE tells you they're protecting their officers by hiding their faces, it's a lie.

In the USA, we are guaranteed due process by the Constitution, and that due process is not reserved only for citizens. The Constitution makes clear that the government cannot arrest people on mere "hunch" or vague suspicions. Trump and Vance may claim otherwise, but they're lying.

Can you blame these officers for being unmarked, when the bleeding hearts are targeting them, and doxing them when given a chance. All these officers are trying to do is their mandate. These people need protection from those nutjobs that are using violence to prevent them from doing their job.

These "qualified" officers you speak to, are no longer qualified when they do not follow the chain of command.

What else are you bitchin about...the tackling. You're right, they don't resist - ever. Perhaps the officers should offer them a balloon to come with them nicely

Maybe it's OK in your neighborhood that cops beat civilians, but I know us Americans are promised due process through our Constitution. Cops aren't allowed to abuse the 4th Amendment and just tackle and arrest anybody not presenting as a "fine, upstanding citizen." They have to have probable cause to stop people, and without witnessing a crime, they have to have a warrant before arresting the same. Maybe President Trump is crying about some national emergency, but legal immigrants have been in the US for decades and there is no emergency. No need for violence.

And I dare you to find a situation where ICE agents in regular uniforms with badges and name tags were assaulted more than plain-clothed officers. Maybe they were called names, but that, too is protected in the US. US citizens can legally tell police officers to f**k off. That's been litigated and established, protected speech.

It's not that Democrats are attacking law enforcement. It's that certain elements of the law enforcement community--the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been gutted of their qualified officers and filled with unqualified thugs that have been terrorizing and deporting legal immigrants. Those "officers" have been running around in unmarked cars, not wearing uniforms or even identification and just running and tackling people. Like gang members. That's what Gavin Newsom and many other Democrats are complaining about, and JD Vance just ignores those very important points.

There's a page on Mingle2 that explains how to make links work: mingle2.com/topic/199646. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on encrypted URLs with the "https". I find that simply removing the "s" from "https://" works, as the web host will usually resolve it to the encrypted page, and I like to just remove the whole "https://" since it works, and looks cleaner for these posts.

I think the hi surveillance cameras could spot the cargo on board. and maybe the tattoos that are associated w/TDA..

The US military was never close enough to spot drugs on the boats, much less examine any tattoos. Besides, they've already shown that they don't know what a Tren De Aragua tattoo might even look like.

They targeted and destroyed those boats in Venezuelan waters because they were there. Nobody saw drugs in the imagery, and even if they had, that's not excuse enough to summarily execute everybody on the boat.

Good point. Anybody can see that Trump was obviously friends with Jeffrey Epstein, and Trump's denial is silly. The problem is that There's clearly something else that they don't want us to know, like who else is being protected by not revealing the case files. A lot of people believe it might include very powerful people.

The Trump administration has the power to release all the DOJ's investigation documents right now. And while Trump campaigned on releasing the documents, and his FBI leads, Kash Patel and Dan Bongino said releasing the Epstein files would be among their top priorities, we have seen very little, and this administration continues to protecting pedophiles.

So is transporting illegal drugs. But the dems love to defend the crimes but protest law enforcement. That will be the dems legacy.. defenders of terrorists and violent criminals..and anti law enforcement..

I would welcome Trump punishing drug traffickers, but nobody knows who got blown up or what was in those boats. There's no evidence the people who died on those boats were gang members or even carrying drugs. And all the evidence is blown up. I think Trump should leave that to the US Coast Guard to carry out their anti-narcotic operations, and quit pretending he knows better than anyone.

But if you can find any evidence that Trump could have known those boats were operated by Tren De Aragua to smuggle drugs to the US, please share.

Coffee Prices Are Surging
www.msn.com/en-ca/money/markets/coffee-prices-are-surging/ar-AA1MpV8i?ocid=BingNewsVerp
According to the Labor Department data, the average retail price per pound of 100 percent ground roast coffee has now risen to $8.87, up from $7.02 in January.

Trump did this. He's an imbecile and needs to be impeached.

So now the dems have opened the door to impeach a president because their little cup of cappachino cost more. Try this . Make Your Own Coffee at home..and let the president be president.. give up your fantasy of removing him.

At this rate, it looks like Trump will remove himself. He's getting slower, dumber and less stable by the day, and I wonder if he'll make it another year before JD Vance has to take over.

Why Ghislaine Maxwell's Transfer to a Minimum-Security Prison Camp Stinks
reason.com/2025/08/06/why-ghislaine-maxwells-transfer-to-a-minimum-security-prison-camp-stinks/
Maxwell's transfer raised eyebrows not only because it appeared to be part of an obvious quid pro quo between a rather infamous public figure and a president trying to downplay his connections to Epstein, but because it's practically unheard of for a federal inmate with Maxwell's record to get transferred to a minimum-security camp after serving only a fraction of their sentence.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has a classification system to determine custody levels, and Maxwell's status as a sex offender would normally make her ineligible for minimum security.

Than go and arrest Biden for bombing the family in afghanastan in the jeep that was loading gas or groceries. A man and his sons.. no drugs just food and gas..Those drugs Trump blew up were headed here. So yes blow the s**t out of them..

Deep cut, there. I didn't know what you meant, so I had to Google it.
Biden administration admits killing 10 civilians in Kabul airstrike, no ISIS-K

But good luck with that. Biden didn't make that call in Afghanistan (there was a whole Afghan War thing going on), and after it happened, he didn't order more carloads of civilians in the following days.
As the Trump administration blows up suspicious boats, legal experts raise red flags
www.abc.net.au/news/2025-09-16/trump-administration-lethal-force-drug-cartels-international-law/105778434
But the White House has not provided any evidence to support the allegation that either of the boats were carrying drugs — nor even that they were headed to the US.

And in a recent UN drug report into drug-producing countries, Venezuela doesn't even get a mention — while its neighbours Colombia, Bolivia and Peru are at the top of the list.

Reading the article about the incident in 2021, it was weirdly refreshing to see the government being so open about their mistakes.

Trump, 79, Struggles to Say Word for Tylenol in His Dumb Autism Speech
www.msn.com/en-us/health/other/trump-79-struggles-to-say-word-for-tylenol-in-his-dumb-autism-speech/ar-AA1N5U1Z
“Taking Tylenol is uh, not good,” Donald Trump said during a press conference, tying taking Tylenol during pregnancy to increased autism rates, despite a lack of evidence.

Trump chose to fearmonger about perfectly safe medications. “Nothing bad can happen, it can only good happen,” he insisted Monday afternoon regarding America’s mass withdrawal from the pain reliever.

The imbecile looks worse and worse as time goes by.

More evidence that Trump's tariffs are stupid (as if we needed anymore):

Manufacturers Say Trump Has Made Opening U.S. Factories Impossible
newrepublic.com/post/195070/donald-trump-tariffs-manufacturers-opening-factories
That’s because the supply chain to produce those goods in the United States simply isn’t there, requiring companies to import raw materials and factory equipment—which Trump’s tariffs have made unaffordable—from abroad.

And Trump’s unpredictable approach to announcing and enacting or even retracting his tariffs has added confusion and significant volatility to the market, making businesses less likely to invest in large, long-term projects such as factory development.

And when Hyundai tried to start up a factory in the US, Trump's ICE swooped in and arrested all the South Korean advisers and trainers. Completely stopping all the progress toward thousands of US jobs. Trump isn't always at fault, but he hired these idiots for his cabinet. He should be impeached, or replaced, per the 25th Amendment.

I agree that attacking/destroying those boats are international crimes. The US has no business policing other countries' territorial waters, and executing the crew of those boats is criminal, too. In the past, the US Coast Guard has gone out & interdicted supposed "fishing" vessels to intercept drug shipments, and even arrested those crews, but Trump's attack on boats when all he's got to establish criminality is black & white FLIR video and then summarily executing the boat and crew with a Hellfire missile is wildly unjust, and Trump & Pete Hegseth should be arrested for war crimes.

Jamie Raskin?? Please… Did he have his do-rag on. What he says, take w/a grain of salt. The question has been answered no high ranking politicians or corporate heads or presidents were on any list that may have been. Let it alone already. Get back to the lies about no crime or how illegal immigrants have the same rights Americans do.. nobody is buying what your u people are selling.

As far as Constitutional rights, and due process, there's no distinction for rights between citizens and undocumented immigrants. The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution, for example, begins "No person shall be held to answer ...." Never once mentions "Citizen."

The only rights reserved only for US citizens are voting and serving on juries. Look it up.

Even worldwide, there are nowhere near 300 million drug overdoses. Actual worldwide numbers are closer to three million deaths per year. In the US, a Google search shows it's less than 80,000. And Trump's lackeys in his cabinet just repeat what he says, which is super funny, when Pam Bondi proclaims that Trump's border policies have saved 300 million Americans from fentanyl overdose, or like 90% of the population. Sounds like Bondi's on drugs.

Executing non-combatants in foreign waters is a war crime, too.

Time to come out of your coma.. Econ is better, prices are down and countrys are investing trillions of dollars in the U.S… Tariffs are working to MAGA.:flag_us: You see it, now it’s time to admit it.

Prices are definitely not down. And even with the Trump Administration silencing the federal agencies reporting on consumer prices and employment, the numbers still get out and we can all see prices at the gas pump and in grocery stores. Prices are definitely higher.

Inflation climbs in August as grocery and gas prices jump

Consumers also saw higher prices for new and used cars, clothing and airfares in August. Stripping out volatile food and energy prices, "core" inflation was 3.1% for the last 12 months.
