Trump Shoots the Messenger

![]() Trump defends firing labor statistics chief after weak jobs report thehill.com/homenews/administration/5434438-trump-defends-firing-labor-statistics-chief/ Trump fired the head of Bureau of Labor Statistics because they reported employment numbers he didn't like. He basically shot the messenger. The BLS head doesn't just come up with the numbers on their own. She has a whole department of researchers and economists to come up with the best numbers they can in real time, while most of the data hasn't even come in, yet. But Trump thinks he knows better, and fired Dr. Erika McEntarfer, claiming she deliberately "rigged" the numbers to make him look bad and make Kamala Harris look better. Meanwhile, Trump is confused at how percentages and prices work. Trump makes laughable claim about drug prices www.nj.com/politics/2025/07/trump-makes-laughable-claim-about-drug-pricesand-is-immediately-ridiculed.html On Tuesday, Trump claimed that he could lower drug prices by 1500%—a mathematically impossible number since it suggests drug companies would be paying the consumer to take the drug. Many critics immediately roasted the president on social media platform X, explaining that Trump’s math was not adding up.
“This is something that nobody else can do. We’re going to get the drug prices down, not 30 or 40%, which would be great, not 50 or 60,” Trump said on Tuesday. “No, we’re going to get them down 1000%, 600%, 500%, 1500%.” “Numbers that are not even thought to be achievable because I’ve used a certain talent that I have and convinced the drug companies that have no choice,” he added. |

Good profile. The main photo shows that you can wear a jacket & tie, and the 2nd does a good job suggesting that you're physically fit. The blurb appears thoughtful and well-written. All the other info filled-in. Overall, no corrections needed. I'd rate it 10/10.
Good luck! |

Apparently updated, with interests and basic info filled in. Good job, but choosing not to put any information in the blurb or headline or even the profession probably doesn't do you any favors. Maybe the "Bleh..." is supposed to show that you're too cool to care, but you could have used that space to briefly introduce yourself with what you're like, and what you're looking for, here.
While the photos are clear and well-lit, They're all basically the same shot. Here's a tip: Figure out where the lens is on your camera/phone and look into it when taking the photo. Maybe upload other shots, too, like being out at interesting places, doing what you like to do. The biggest difference in these shots is your age and hair color. But it's clear from the photos that you're an attractive, young woman, and lots of people don't even seem to read the profiles, anyway, so you'll probably do alright. But for the profile with the blurb and headline that could be so much better, I'd only rate it 6/10. Good luck! |

Hard to make that connection when, yes, the newly heard info has been out there. It was hidden from the investigations.. Just wait the truth is there now, we just have to get the Trump haters to open their mind and accept it.
No, we know the new information is the same as the old information because when DNI Tulsi Gabbard tried to make her case on Fox, and was asked what the new information was, all she could say was "You'll have to read the report." She has nothing new. She's just doing all she can to to distract from the fact that Trump won't release the Epstein docs as previously promised. Hey--look over there! Squirrel!! Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain! Etc.. |

Do your Best Work for USA Trump! Your link is broken. Maybe they took the story down because Trump's "trade deal" is just the EU agreeing that US consumers will be paying a 15% import tax on goods from Europe. And even NewsMax knows that it's bad news for Americans. Trump is an imbecile. |

My evidence is the prices. Google it. Gas prices in N.C. Meantime Trump is at it again, winning , winning, winning. The art of the deal.. Trump got the EU to invest 600 billion in U.S. and buy 750 billion in energy while still paying 15% tarriffs. Great deal for America. The wins keep coming. Is anybody getting tired of winning yet?
I think I see your problem. You seem to think President Trump isn't lying. Spoiler: He's lying a lot! Here's an article I found that's only a few days old: Five false claims Trump made about inflation last night www.cnn.com/2025/07/23/politics/fact-check-trump-inflation-lies In a speech Tuesday night to Republican members of Congress, Trump delivered a series of inaccurate assertions on the subject of prices.
He wrongly claimed that gas was selling Tuesday for below $2 a gallon “in five different states” (it was actually zero states); that prices are “all down” (consumer prices are up under Trump); that Democrats are lying when they say prices are up (these Democrats are correct); that grocery prices “are down” (they are up under Trump); and that core inflation is “below 2%” (it’s 2.9%, per the Consumer Price Index). And trump may have claimed to get the EU to invest $600 billion into the US, but there was obviously BS, as laid out in reports. EU vowed $600B US economy investment from Trump trade deal. Hours later, European bloc admitted it can’t back that promise www.msn.com/en-us/money/markets/eu-vowed-600b-us-economy-investment-from-trump-trade-deal-hours-later-european-bloc-admitted-it-can-t-back-that-promise/ar-AA1JsfMW?ocid=BingNewsVerp The president also claimed that the agreement would bring $600 billion into American coffers by way of investments made by the EU into U.S. companies.
But on Monday, multiple EU officials walked back the massive outlay by noting that it would be made by a variety of private companies over which the bloc has no authority when it comes to corporate spending priorities. Basically the Trump Admin just counted up all the money they expect to be spent in the US that they can find, any time, including decades into the future, and calls that investments in the US from his trade deals, even if that money was already going to be spent, anyway, with or without a deal. |

Your memory is Biden like..eggs were $6 for a dozen jumbos the beginning of ‘25, gas was well over $3. Now those same eggs are $3 and gas here is $2.65..that is cheaper .. just cause you say it , doesn’t make it true… So because you say it it's true? You make a lot of claims and provide no evidence. Meanwhile Cheeto Mussolini cannot understand that tariffs are a tax on consumers--Mexico is not going to pay 30% on their exports, but Americans will be paying 30% more. Luckily, our eggs don't come from outside the US, but our coffee from Columbia will get a tax hike of 50%. Trump is an imbecile. |

Ludicrous to think prices were lower when Biden left office. Your mind is ambidextrous, left is right and right is left. Show me any proof that anything was cheaper when the numb nuts left office . You democrats make up your own facts.
Not ludicrous. I remember Republicans harping on Biden about inflation, so I noted prices of things in general when he left office to see where we'd go with Trump. The cheapest gas was $3.79/gal. and the organic milk we buy was $7.99/gal.. The cheapest eggs at Trader Joes were $2.49. Now, the cheapest gas is $4.29 (after bounding up to $5.29), milk is $10.49 and eggs are "only" $3.99 (down from $6.99). Maybe I should've taken photos, but it's not like facts shut you up, either. |

It's a really good profile. Some clear photos and a brief, thoughtful blurb. You even filled in the headline which is usually a pet peeve of mine. Shows some thought and effort.
The photos would be nicer if you weren't wearing a hat as if to hide a bad haircut, and I think a more flattering angle is from above eye level. Also find the lens of your camera/phone and make sure to look into it when snapping selfies. overall the photos are mostly clear and well-lit. Overall, great work! I might've taken points off for the extremely casual wear, but compared to most other profiles I see, I have to give this 10/10. Good luck! |

Not collusion. The Trump DOJ is being run by idiots and the good lawyers are leaving as fast as they can get a new job. Some even sooner than that. Now all they have are the worse lawyers who will put up with the illegal shenanigans committed by the Administration.
The losses will continue, and the only reason Judges will be prejudiced is because they'll become all too aware of DOJ lawyers' propensity to lie, mislead and fumble their cases. |

The reason for our drop in tourism is the fact that Biden and his crew of morons created the worst image of America with all the crime the dems let happen without any penalties. Prices of everything so high and the trash and crap int the streets that the dems though was a good thing. Planes falling out of the sky. Why would anyone want to come here and ruin their vision of America being the best place on earth. Trump is fixing that with all the investments coming our way from Japan and many other countries.. Keep it up Mr. TRUMP..Your support is still much higher than the democrats that have no clue how to govern successfully .. So Biden wrecked the country, but Canadian animosity for US only started in the past few months? Canadian Visitors To U.S. Plummet 33% In June—Sixth Straight Month Of Steep Declines www.msn.com/en-us/travel/news/canadian-visitors-to-us-plummet-33-in-june-sixth-straight-month-of-steep-declines/ar-AA1IlwKh?ocid=BingNewsVerp Last year, Canadian tourists made up roughly one-quarter of all foreign travelers who came to the United States, according to the U.S. National Travel and Tourism Office (NTTO), collectively spend $20.5 billion in 2024—nearly double the $10.4 billion Americans spent at McDonald’s over the same period. The U.S. Travel Association (USTA) warned in February that even a 10% drop in Canadian inbound tourism could translate to a $2.1 billion in lost spending and 140,000 jobs jeopardized in the hospitality and related sectors—and the new data suggest those losses will be exponentially larger.

My bad. CBS is the outlet Trump won against. Columbia univ. Trump won. And WSJ will settle. The deportations can keep going on, another win. And now he has won in the conspiracy theory of the Russia collusion hoax , proven that Obama pushed the fake dossier on the fisa court. So much for his legacy… CBS settled because they have a multi-$billion merger in the works and they knew Trump would abuse his official powers to stop the merger out of spite. That's not a court win, but a big, fat bribe CBS paid. Similar story for Columbia University. It was Trump weaponizing the DOJ against the university for $millions so that he wouldn't stop $billions in funding research, just so he could push his agenda. Of course Congressional Republicans are blind to abuse of office when it's a Republican doing it. And no, there's no evidence Obama or Biden pushed the Steele Dossier. Congressional Republicans spent years trying to make that connection and failed. |

![]() Coffee price hikes expected across the U.S. www.msn.com/en-us/money/markets/coffee-price-hikes-expected-across-the-us/ar-AA1JaHkh?ocid=BingNewsVerp For small businesses, cafés, and restaurants, these changes may mean adjusting prices, trimming menus, or sourcing lower-grade beans to stay profitable. For individuals, this could turn a $3 coffee into a $4 habit, or more.

Unbelievable, it was Biden and the dems that were acting like the dictatorship they accuse Trump of. Vaccine mandates over false info. Giving illegal aliens anything they requested while cutting veteran programs. Using FEMA moneys to pay more illegals basic services. Food, housing , laundry, Uber… tell me what is getting worse. Where I am things are cheaper and more of it . Get out of the blue city and live free in a red state and city.
Things are only cheaper now that they were a few months ago. Not cheaper than when Biden left, and this is a temporary drop. Prices are about to shoot back up soon, thanks to the idiotic, illegal tariffs. |

Not just this judge. Lots of judges have figured out that the Trump Administration is full of crap.
Trump’s Success Rate In The Courts So Far: 31% www.forbes.com/sites/alisondurkee/2025/07/09/trumps-success-rate-in-the-courts-so-far-31/ The Supreme Court cleared the way Tuesday for the Trump administration to carry out mass firings at federal agencies—though while the high court has been largely deferential to President Donald Trump, he’s still been overwhelmingly on the losing side of lawsuits against him since Inauguration Day, with federal judges ruling against him 60% of the time.

Trump leading the USA into bankruptcy?
US Tourism Freefall Drains $29 Billion From Economy www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/they-re-not-coming-anymore-us-tourism-freefall-drains-29-billion-from-economy/ss-AA1J8XL9?ocid=BingHp01&cvid=f3c07d188fd04d54e5fe2215a7cb337f&ei=13 The United States is experiencing a clear and measurable decline in its dominance of the travel industry. This is a financial gut-punch, not hyperbole or economic scare tactics. The collapse of America's inbound tourism industry is expected to cost up to $29 billion in 2025 alone, with repercussions for local economies, transportation, and hospitality. While other countries are setting new records, the United States, one of 184 economies, is seeing a complete drop in foreign visitor spending. This isn't a statistical anomaly. Policy, perception, and the psychology of foreign tourists who are collectively opting to spend their money elsewhere are all contributing factors to this dramatic reversal.

He won a lawsuit against cnn and their cover up of Kamala interview. And by him winning the presidency is a victory in itself after all the made up BS lies you democrats leveled upon him. The rest of the country know and expect you dems to be the devisive a** holes you have become because of your TDS. Not a serious one in the bunch. Nice try. Trump's case against CNN was dismissed back in 2023. www.cnn.com/2023/07/29/politics/trump-cnn-big-lie-defamation-lawsuit And sure, he "won" the election, no small thanks to the billionaires who helped him so they wouldn't get their taxes raised. But my question above was not about the election, but rather court cases. Trump's losing most of his. |

Democrat Leadership need to convict their own democrats' Criminal actions before trying to accuse Trump of any wrong doings.
Upholding incompetent J Biden from the beginning of his Term is only 1 crime. Maybe you missed the story, but Democratic Senator Bob Menendez was already convicted. Democrats led the effort to remove him. It was somewhat refreshing after Republicans pretended that Matt Gaetz didn't drug & rape 17-year-olds. thehill.com/homenews/house/5053303-ethics-committee-gaetz-report/ So what's the actual crime for supporting Biden? Can you point to the law broken? And Congressional Republicans have been investigating the Obamas, Clintons and Bidens for the decades and found no crimes. They sent all the files from Hunter Biden's laptop to the press (revenge porn?) and found no crimes on it, so they complained about some cover-up. Why should Democrats review that empty hole when Trump was already indicted for almost 100 charges before they ran out of time? |

Yes .. Winning is the right word for Trumps agenda and policies. You should clear the liberal fog that is blocking your view of the reality around us. It’s getting better, but because of the stupidity of the Democratic Party , we suffered for four years. Now we are back and getting better everyday for all americans and not just the left leaning or illegals and criminals I get it that regarding facts isn't your thing, but Trump is costing the country $trillions in debt and bad faith with our national allies. Thought he could make friends with Putin, Xi & Kim, and is now just a national joke. We're not winning. Things are getting worse, and soon, Trump's cover-ups wont work anymore. There'll be no way to hide the higher unemployment and inflation caused by the tariffs. |

How many times have you predicted that Trump will lose . Trump will be convicted . Trump will pull jail time. ? Do you ever get tired of being WRONG..and your doing it again..LOL. Incompetence is the definition of liberal democrat.
There are the 34 felony convictions for fraud, and can you name even one case that Trump's won with Alina Habba as his lawyer? |
