SOMETHING NEEDS TO GIVE!!!!! I dont know what Obamas final plan will be. Noone on here does. I know if something isnt done I might not be able to afford mine and Ive paid into mine for 20years!!!!! |

Everyone in the white house including y'alls president ( I refuse to call him mine) needs to be ran out of the white house and put on their own little island so they can continue with their rule amongst themselves.. with NO pay! I agree 100%! I also proclaimed to be a "man with no president", right after the election! As far as I'm concerned...I don't claim him as such! He may be everyone else's, he's sure not mine! He and the present government is the sorriest excuse for a government...I've seen in my life time! I know. People complain about Bush but he was by far not the worst. I'd take him back any day over what we have ( actually DON'T have!) in the white house. With is Jackie Kennedy wannabe wife. She could never compare! Yep...you got the same idea I have...finally someone, that don't have their head buried in the sand! I saw through his veil of lies from day one... I was against him from day -1! He turned the election race into a "race of race"! JMO When I went to vote, I sat at a table next to a black elderly lady with here son. He was the one that was telling/showing her what boxes to check... As I sat there, he never read the 1 st option, in order to let her make up her own mind! That is what made me realize my previous comment. He had already filled his out...there was a movement to get as many votes, anyway they could. Anyway...I'll get off this subject...will end up having to take a blood pressure pill, if I don't! So, you know for sure that she did not tell him beforehand who she wanted to vote for, right? |

Nazis are not right wingers?Hitler wanted to restore "traditional German values" Are you saying that Nazi idealogy is not far rightwing idealogy? It depends what you call "right wing". Hitler could really get together with Stalin their only difference was about whether or not just own the capital (communism) or just control (dictate) the capital (things that make money, like factory and tools) but giving the illusion of private property. Today's what is "left wing" and "right wing" is really all mixed up. I would not call any of these parties (republicans/democrats) right wing anyhow..they are both left wingers. The only real true "right wing" are the libertarians, like Ron Paul. Stalin was about as socialistic as Hitler was liberal. Libertarians are libertarians. The Libertarian PARTY is right-wing, however. Also, the Dems/Repubs are both moderate right-wing parties and as a socialist, I can tell you Obama is no socialist. Most of us don't even consider him a leftist (I consider him a left-leaning centralist myself). Funny - I told people on here the same thing before the election. He leans towards the center. He leans towards the center. Barack Obama will not govern from the "center right", but he will govern from the "center". That's not because he is "moving to the center". It's because the center of American politics has changed. It has moved where the American people are. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/robert-creamer/does-obama-really-plan-to_b_145961.html?page=4 |

What in the world are they doing? They traded Cliff Lee for 4 prospects. 2 of the prospects are injured. They are making it very difficult to be an Indians fan. |

Wow!!! testy for speaking the truth....Ill will have to remember that one... testy for the way you responded - doesn't mean much it's just my opinion of your response The "Preservation and Protection of the Right to Keep and Bear Arms in Motor Vehicles Act of 2008" states that: The statute provides that an “employer”—that is, a business with at least one worker who has a concealed carry permit—may not: (1) prohibit a worker with a concealed-carry permit from securing a gun in a vehicle in a parking lot; (2) prohibit a customer—whether or not he or she has a concealed-carry permit—from securing a gun in a vehicle in a parking lot; (3) ask a worker with a concealed carry permit or a customer whether he or she has a gun in a vehicle in a parking lot, take any action against such a worker or against a customer based on a statement about whether the worker or customer has a gun in a vehicle in a parking lot for lawful purposes, or search a vehicle in a parking lot for a gun; (4) condition employment on whether a person has a concealed-carry permit; (5) terminate a worker with a concealed-carry permit, or otherwise discriminate against such a worker, or expel a customer, for having a gun in a vehicle on the business’s property, unless the gun is exhibited on the property. A business that does not have at least one worker with a concealed-carry permit is not subject to any of these provisions. public / private -- whatever makes you happy If Publix doesn't want me (an employee) to be able to carry my legal gun, store it legally in my vehicle, then they are the one's breaking the law, not me. Right? you want to compare apples and oranges The gun law is to allow those employees who wish and are licensed to carry to leave their weapon in their vehicles and insuring they do not lose their employment due to this. (I would not do this-jmo) How would this pertain to doctors??? Solution - get rid of the parking lots - that way employees cannot keep their weapons secured in their vehicles on Publix property. see not twisting a thing |

heck with that just get a holster and carry it in the open you have the right to bare arms it is the law templter - can the parking lot of your 2 examples be considered private as they are for public use? I've seen many accidents in parking lots where the police do not issue summons as accidents happened on public property as per officer on site. yikes you are a bit testy - I am telling what I have seen - I have seen an accident in a Publix parking lot and an officer just took report issuing no summons as he said the accident happened on PUBLIC PROPERTY (not private property as you say). Who is telling you what to do on YOUR PROPERTY? |

Can anyone be sure this hasn't been going on all along leaving weapons in vehicles while entering establishments? Are they now worried that when someone reaches their car they will be/can be armed? |
