Why are people who aren't from US worried about it. Don't like the president well I'd so move but you don't live here!
It wouldn't matter who was in office. Someone or another would be offended or disappointed. We had riots when Obama was in office.
Human decency is what this world needs. Seems to be in short supply these days.

Why are people on mingle2 who are not from china or russian federation, worried about leadership of those countries? No offense to you but that question is silly.

Countries like Russia and china have 'emerging' outlook. While, United States has an imperialist outlook and a very long history of imperialism which continues to this day. Whoever sits at white house decides how majority of world is shaped through their foreign policies. Look at Iran, its been literally torn to pieces by American soft power. Any country that challenges the world order created by United States becomes a target of the whole western world through trade embargoes, economic isolation and even overthrow of democratically elected governments. Not just america, all countries play a significant role in this world to shape the political order. its just United States has more say in it because of its economy and military but that is changing.

I'm not against American people, i am against the American Regime. I'm not here to play with your nationalist feelings, I'm here to convey what i feel is right.

Thanks for the opinion...

I would comment on your country's leadership but nobody knows who they are...
generally Nobody needs to know about leadership of her country because her government is not imperialist like your regime. Your comment also proves that the United States does not has allies, it only has 'vassals'.

Talking about her countries leadership, it managed to handle the covid pandemic quite well for a country of few million people. The ruling party in her country has a progressive outlook. They're ideology is egalitarian. The prime minister is a symbol of woman empowerment. I watch her interviews and biography. Majority of her countrymen have high approval rating for her party.

The situation in U.S is an interesting one and i want to contribute but the problem is I'm thousands of miles away and i dont have much to give besides my knowledge. This is the point when class struggle is heightened. The ruling class is scared, they have deployed the armed repressive wings of the capitalist state- the militarized police, the army and paramilitary organisations. The president of capitalist nightmare that is the united states is hiding in a bunker much like someone else whose subsequent actions at this point he should follow.

When Americans were dying by the tens of thousands due to the current pandemic, not a store was shuttered nor a comprehensive national curfew was put in place after all that affected the profits of those that run the U.S they didn't care about the lives of of the workers. Interestingly, now protests are on going "all of sudden shops are shut in fear of looting". A box of pop-tarts has more worth than your life in the eyes of the ruling class.

Just because they're afraid does not mean they dont have a plan. At the end of the day this is a spontaneous Uprising. Where we currently stand there is no revolution, just unless rage. There is no organisation, no one is armed, nothing of value is really being done. This is the price the american left pays for decade and a half of no proper political organisation as well as electoralism and election pushing. THE BALLOT DOES NOT WORK, IT'S TIME FOR THE BULLET. If the people stop short of the finish line now, what they'll get is a few resignations, reshuffling of governors, more meaningless elections and inflammatory documentary about the events 20 years down the line.

In order for these protests to turn into something worthwhile, something that will bring about true change there needs to be strong organisations with iron will and ready to do what it takes to not just push the hands of the ruling class, but to cut them off completely.

° Americans need a central and coordinated efforts with multiple strings of leadership. You need to be committed to a goal. You must align interests of all protesting people and direct it towards the ruling bourgeois class. This goes for anarchists, democrats as well. Must gather common goals of racial equality, gender equality and workers rights. Liberals will get in the way as usual.

° Be sure to harness the energy of this massive uprising before it fizzles out and it most likely will fizzle out if nothing is done. Sustain the momentum by taking advantage of the states active repression. In their stupidity they're shooting people, they're arresting people and killing. They're sending the military. Had they(state) had some sense, they'd pretend to go along with it, throw in a couple of lukewarm reforms that would appease the liberals and waited it out until people went back to their work. But no they stepped up the repression. This is the perfect situation that revolutionary organizations can use. Learn from the chinese revolution and russian revolution, talk to people and get their complaints to form the revolutionary program. POLICE REFORM, ABOLISHING STUDENTS DEBT, UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE, HOUSING FOR ALL. The american people will scream out for this.

° The ruling class of U.S will not a acquiesce to these demands. This can propel the rage of people even further. If they do accept these demands the ruling class is trembling and they fear they might lose their power. In this case you shouldn't accept their concessions, destroy their power because remember a minute after people dies down they'll get to work eroding those gains. We must Learn from history.

° The U.S military and the police will never join a potential revolution in U.S They are a barrier to revolution. These are the agents of capitalist state worldwide to rob and steal and murder, all for the wealth and power of the bourgeoisie. Reactionary mindset is manufactured in american military and police. For every soldier to lay down their weapons and join the revolution there will thousands more who would crack skulls and shoot down children. We saw it in Iraq already. Remember, American police is recruited from almost exclusively from far right circles. The state repression will only get worse.

° The people not only should but need to fight back. Do not let fascism take hold. The United states is only a step away. Arm yourself but remember, never indulge in terrorist activities, only military and state targets. People's war is the solution if you truly want radical change and to turn USA from an agent of bad to agent of good. This may begin a civil war even.

A war between working class and ruling classes lackeys and agents. As the ruling class never fights themselves. They hide behind their lackeys.

° For all those who fear supposed might of U.S military, remember its made up of men, of flesh and blood just like you. They're nothing but a paper tiger. If Iraqis in flip flops with Rusty Ak's defeated them, If Russian peasants defeated them in 1917 then you can too. The regimes forces fight for a paycheck, you fight for your very existence. At one point there(military) life is going to be more to them than the capital thrown at them for defending the capitalist state. As for people who fear of media and its effect, dont. You're painted negatively when you're peacefully protesting, youre still being painted negatively, you will be painted negatively if and when you become violent. And if these protests fail you'll still be painted negatively. The ruling class owns the media and will use it always against you. Fight back against their propaganda by educating others and spread the word.

I don't have a child yet so i can't comment how it feels to bond with someone who is your own image and blood.

But i do know how my parents feel towards me as their son. Just recently my mother showed me my dads photo from 1993. He was holding me, He was around my age and he looked almost exactly like me with a beard. Suddenly i had a feeling as if i am his image or I'm a part of his existence. My father loves me alot and i guess i know now why he does. Perhaps he sees me as his legacy but I'm different from him in some aspects.

Love between a parent and a child is very different from a partner. I would say a parent-child relationship is way more deeper.

Find someone else to love, Someone who is worth your feelings. You may feel afraid to try for someone else but that's normal. You'll get over it. Give yourself some time. Respect yourself and try to love yourself too.

Communist leaders of every ilk will of course have the absolute best of care, or else, out the window you go. Their rivals however may not be so fortunate with their medical outcomes.
Don't worry, the propaganda departments will make everything OK, no matter what.
Vladimir Putin is not a communist leader. His Party is United Russia and its a reactionary party with nationalist sentiments. Communist Party of Russian federation is the rival of Putin's Party.

Vladimir Putin has a big personality cult much like that of Yoseph Vissarionovich Stalin . Putin's propaganda team makes sure that his press conferences are scripted and well maintained. Putin answers with composure mostly or almost all time. But there has been an unscripted incident where a woman on streets in Leningrad asked him why her monthly pay is just 10,000 rubles while Putin's pay is almost 30 times. She informs him that its very hard for her to make ends meet and there are many like her. Putin just looks down embarrassed and tells her he is working on it and situation will improve. He avoids her and tries to walks away. But the woman stops him and still gets a selfie with him.

Vladimir Putin is not a man of steel or an invincible man. He is a man of words and he makes sure he not only gets support from his own people but from whole world as a leader. Maybe he will not let go off his tough man personality which he reflects to the world. He may get infected as well.

In this Universe exists such a thing called Entropy.
In this Universe exists such a thing called Chaos.
These two words represent unpredictable disorder in the Universe.

"Life" uses up as it propogates thru time.
Think 'burning calories' to simplify a complex concept.

Living things are made up of cells.
The cells 'use up' their material which constitutes the living process.
When the material is 'used up' to a point where the living process no longer functions it dies.
We sluff off dead skin cells constantly. It makes up for a great portion of household dust.

That's right. Its pretty sad that entropy of universe keeps on increasing no matter what happens. Chaos is characteristic of our universe. I wish we could control the entropy of a system. But then again its entropy that is responsible for day to day events in our reality. Entropy will be our doom even if we end aging. We won't be immortal. Everything breaks up eventually. Chaos prevails. Another proof that universe is not so perfect.

Our purpose in life is to survive and pass our genes. No matter how much we debate about this, it seems life is like a virus and it aims to survive at any environment through reproduction which increased survival of the genes which will be passed on.

Immortality would cause cells not to 'use up' the materials of life. No living cell would die. If no living cells die, no new cells would be needed to be made to take their place. You would stop many things you might love right now.

You would no longer need to sleep.
You would no longer need to eat.
You would no longer need to drink water.
You would no longer need to reproduce.
Just a few simple but important things, there is much more not listed you would give up.

Thing is, when you no longer need to eat, you no longer need a digestive system.
Likewise, when you no longer need to reproduce, you no longer need a reproduction system.
Do you really want to live forever in a body that can't eat or have sex?

Skin is a protective covering for your body. A 'buffer zone' kinda.
If you were immortal, your internal organs would no longer need protection from the environment so you might lose your skin.

So, you no longer need to eat, sleep, drink, have sex or have protection from the environment.
You wouldn't need a house. No need to have plumbing because if you don't eat and never shed skin, no need to bath or go to the toilet.
Your cells would be immortal meaning they need nothing to survive.
You wouldn't need air to breathe, you wouldn't get too hot or too cold but you could freeze or burn up because the laws of thermodynamics would still apply.

I see no benefit to immortality according to the things in life I enjoy now.
Living is the process of dying.
The finality of death makes living enjoyable.
Take away death, that joy is also removed.

Thanks for your comment. I see your understanding of immortality is a little bit different from mine.

I didn't really mean we would become immortal in the sense that we won't need any organs. There is a jellyfish that is immortal, it lives deep in ocean. Researchers are trying to find out how it regenerates its cells. Immortality simply means an organism won't age and aging is a process of death of cells. If you've to stop aging you don't stop the cells from dying, you actually let the cells die and let the body regenerate and produce the new cells for those organs. As we age, there is a certain enzyme in our body which is responsible for regeneration of cells. This enzyme gets depleted as we age. Radiation from sun and surroundings are possible reasons for depletion by time. It's present in our DNA and our age is set right at our birth. I'm sorry i don't not remember the complex name of the enzyme i can try to research more. If we manage to keep the enzyme from getting depleted, we can end aging. Researchers are trying to do that right now. Hence they study the genome of immortal jellyfish.

Our organs will work just fine, we will eat an we will sleep, we will have sex, we will do everything infinitely when we stop the process of aging. Organs will still be needed to keep you alive. We won't be immortal though we can still die from accidental death or murders.

This is contemplated a little in Lord of the Rings; the immortal Elves and the mortal Men. It makes one think - what is the value of losing an immortal vs a mortal life? If you're immortal, do you play life with less risk than a mortal?

I would take myself through to about 28 - which is not a bad age for health and fitness. I presume I'd still keep building experience from there and gain wisdom and all that. After a while, like a century or two, imagine the quality of tennis at the tennis club! (With all that experience building; assuming that others get the same opportunity.)

What about procreation? If I was 28 for ever - every now and again I'd probably meet some new lady and go through a baby making episode. Wouldn't that create a huge overpopulation situation with no end in sight?
That's a very good question about procreation. The problem of overpopulation would be solved only with eradication of reproduction. Our purpose in life is to survive and pass our genes. No matter how much we debate about this, it seems life is like a virus and it aims to survive at any environment through reproduction which increased survival of the genes which will be passed on. But now that we have evolved to certain level, we do not need such things. The world i talk of is a futuristic world where we have evolved enough to understand this and have technology to stop aging.

In this world, we will have to make laws to stop reproduction or we would have to enhance the immortal people such that they lose ability to reproduce.

You can call this utopian or dystopian. It depends on your moral values. For me, its utopian. i would like to live and experience tons of things rather than have a child and die of old age.

Idiots are burning down 5G towers in Birmingham and elsewhere because of the ridiculous idea that " they are causing/spreading coronavirus ".slaphead

Hi, Seamus!
Anything that should be done to stop the elimination of human life should please be done quickly. Whether 5G is spreading coronavirus or not, as long as its radiation is dangerous to the health Seamus, please let it be destroyed. 4G is ok.

My idea exactly!
They didn't listen to the people. Hardly anyone wanted 5G, they don't give a toss and get it up and running anyway.
Getting exposed to all these waves day in day out is bad enough as it is, no need to make it worse.
So let them burn the MF down, hihi. They got my support!
We should then also burn down factories and industries that emit largest carbon emissions. Since they're the cause of lung diseases and deaths in millions around the world. You won't dare to burn them down, would you? A balance between technology and environment is needed to sustain our needs and ecosystem.

The evidence so far suggests there is no harm from 5G. i blame pseudo-science among the masses for this absurd idea that 5G is harmful.

This world is my country. I would fight and die for the world.

NEVER a government. I've never seen so many wasted lives more than governments and religions use for their personal gain. Thousands of years of it. Never ever atoned for either.....

I'll fight for the working humans in ALL COUNTRIES!!!! The health workers in the trenches with a feeble amount of protection right now take the forefront.

We are ALL ONE!!!! The lands and oceans, and the beings in both! from the creatures seen and unseen in the ocean, to ants to humans to elephants on the ground, and wasps to condors in the skies.
epic internationalism drinker Workers of world shall unite and eventually end class struggle once and for all.

I shall share a quote from scientific socialist revolutionary

Would you like to live forever?

Sure. Why not?

you would be young/old/kid whatever you like forever until you choose to kill yourself or by accident. Would you like to live a life like that?

Not as excited with the "by accident" part, but I'd still do it.
More than likely I'd end up in a government dungeon experimented on to "accident." I wouldn't like that.
I prefer the truly immortal (unable to die no matter what) or only capable of dying by my own willful choice and directed action.

If you could choose to stop aging(through technology) at whatever age you like, would you do so? Why? Or why not?

If I was the only one that could do it, or was offered that choice, yes.
If it was a technology that was offered to everyone (or anyone else at all), like an OTC pill, then probably not.

Why would I like to live forever? I like life and living.

Thats very good to know that you like life and living. I'd like to know why would you not take the offer only if its offered to everyone else?

The thing you talking about is Market/crony capitalism. Socialism has eventual aim to abolish debt once and for all.

Although i must say capitalism was a necessary part of our history. In our monolithic story of class struggle, Capitalism made sure abundance of goods can be achieved(through industrial revolution) and it will eventually lead to automation. And that's when capitalism sow its own death. This system was needed at some point of our history to progress humanity. Just like slavery and feudalism.

Without the advances and the things capitalism can bring, the utopian communist society cannot work without that. Capitalism is and always will be a stage of human development which we needed and it will fade away in to history with time. THE BOURGEOISIE had a revolutionary role to play in our history.
