Hiya Blondey.. haven't tried it in a drink, I've used coconut oil for cooking on my skin, but thought there was something better and better quality.
I wonder if she has ever cracked open coconuts and drank the water. |

Yes .. that is the best way .. using organic coconuts .. I use the flesh to make my own coconut milk .. it is so easy :-)
I wonder if she knows coconut is great to make a natural deodorant stick with :-) mixed with baking soda and arrowroot or cornstarch with essential oil for scent :-) |

 there is definitely a growing trend away from chemicals and consumers are a lot more aware of what products contain . What better way than to make your own .

I had an abundance of coconuts in the Keys, didn't take advantage of it as much as I could have. Didn't know that about the natural deodorant.

Yes, I'm checking volunteer options for when I leave here. Hawaii has a few, and the website I found shows other countries as well. It would be a great opportunity to learn something new and help where it's needed.

I will look into it for you .. there are several websites listing organisations but not all are a live in type arrangement . Let you know if I find anything interesting ...
I do drink coffee but only 1cup a day .. i prefer matcha/ green teas I wonder if river wants a hot Christmas lol |

There is one, books only, no coffee like at Horizons or Borders. Everything on the Island is extremely expensive... merchandise is targeted for tourist industry. The Library is nice though.
