I don't really do it to piss people off. Sometimes I'll just type and send and not proof read or really pay attention to how I type it out. Here, I don't care as long as people get the basic message.

In business I'm much more careful.

In both places (business and sites like this) you want people to understand you, yes? So why the different approach in writing?

Because I don't get paid here. I don't care if I look stupid here. I care if I look stupid and unprofessional in business.

Like I said as long as the basic message is delivered here, that's all I care about.

1. I'm not getting paid

2. This is not school.

As long as people can understand what I'm saying then it's fine. It's funny actually cause American English is different to ours. I remember everyone going crazy over it on Facebook and most people had to change the language on it from American English to UK English..

Since this is a dating site some (not all) people here are looking to find a mate, partner, date or spouse.

I see many people talking about what they want in a partner, but I don't see much about what they have to offer their partner.

How would you sell yourself? What do you have to offer?

Are you a great catch or not?

I have nothing to offer anyone apparently.

I can't imagine that to be true

Now, I was speaking for my generation mainly, 18-24, that's what matters to them. I know, as people get older, looks become less of a factor as they themselves age and aren't exactly what they used to be at 20.

Not everyone thinks this way. I fall into that 18 -24 category and I can assure you 100% I do NOT think looks are everything. Id choose the average Joe on the road over Brad Pitt ANY DAY!!

One time, I found a money bag with a thousand euro in it at a night club in the toilets. We were the first few people in their that night so the bar staff hadn't set up just yet (it was the float for the cash register). I had a friend wait with the money cause it was so heavy (it was coins) while I went to tell one of the security.

Everyone thought I was NUTS for handing it in, but still Id die if I lost something and the person who found it didn't give it back. It's the right thing to do.

what would you do if a stranger, out of the blue, handed you a closed briefcase (not locked), told you there was over 5 million dollars in it and asked you to hold onto it for a minute, but never came back for it? huh

I've ALWAYS handed in anything I found. And so, not that I wouldn't be tempted Id still hand the briefcase in. One would have no luck for keeping things that belongs to another. But, that's just me.
