Former World Bank Chief Economist Predicts Global Crash
Nobel Prize winner Stiglitz highlights agenda of predatory

globalism now arriving in America under auspices of NAFTA Superhighway,
North American Union

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones/Prison Planet.com | October 30 2006

Former World Bank Vice President, Chief Economist and Nobel Prize winner
Joseph Stiglitz has predicted a global economic crash within 24 months -
unless the current downturn is successfully managed. Asked if the
situation was being properly handled Stiglitz emphatically responded
"no," and also drew ominous parallels to the development of the NAFTA
Superhighway and the North American Union.

Stiglitz caused controversy in October 2001 when he exposed rampant
corruption within the IMF and blew the whistle on their nefarious
methods of inducing countries to fall under their debt before stripping
them of sovereignty and hollowing out their economies.

Speaking on the nationally syndicated Alex Jones radio show, Stiglitz
defined the process of globalization as a system that was "rigged
against the poor countries, rigged for the advanced industrial countries
- the result of that is there were an awful lot of losers."

The Columbia University Professor described how rampant privatization
has crippled Mexico, in particular citing the sell-off of major
infrastructure such as roads.

"They sold the roads to the private enterprise and the hope was that
they would be more efficient but of course what happens is that they
didn't maintain the roads, they couldn't generate enough revenue and
they eventually had to default and give the roads back to the
government."

Stiglitz agreed that the process of hijacking and looting key
infrastructure on the part of the IMF and World Bank, as an offshoot of
predatory globalization, had now moved from the third world to Europe,
the United States and Canada.

These sentiments are especially disturbing when we consider the current
fast-moving quasi-secret agenda to sell-off major American highways to
foreign corporations who plan to turn them into toll roads for tracking
and taxation purposes - collectively known as the NAFTA Superhighway.
The program forms the framework for the advancement of the North
American Union - a collective governmental, border and trading bloc that
President Bush has signed the U.S. over to under the Security and
Prosperity Partnership of March 2005.

As we previously reported, US citizens will be forced to adopt a
de-facto national identification card and have their freedom of mobility
defined by behavioral fealty to the government under proposals set to
derive from NAFTA superhighway toll road systems and the implementation
of the American Union.

"This is a movement that's gone on all over the world," said Stiglitz,
"the movement of trying to turn over basic facilities - water, roads, to
the private sector."

Speaking about the agenda of the World Bank since the installation of
Paul Wolfowitz, Stiglitz highlighted the shift which began back in
August 2001 whereby the Bush administration moved to block transparency
of secret bank accounts, which in part facilitated the 9/11 terror
attacks.

"Unfortunately in this current administration, the defense industries
and the energy industries have really been running the show and it has
been disastrous," said Stiglitz.

Discussing the warning signs of plummeting real estate prices in the
U.S., Stiglitz stated that a global economic depression could only be
avoided if a correction was made but at the moment all the indicators
are that the situation is not being well managed.

"If it's well managed it will only be a slow-down, if it's not
well-managed it could be a recession," said Stiglitz.

Asked if the debt bubble was being well-managed Stiglitz plainly
responded in the negative.

"It's gonna be difficult....this has been perhaps the worst six years of
mismanagement of the macro economy....I think we can avoid an implosion
if we manage this carefully but it's going to be very risky," said
Stiglitz, agreeing that if the same course continued to be followed a
global depression would occur within 12-24 months.

Stiglitz said his reason for leaving the World Bank was that he was told
he would not be able to speak his mind on the issues he considered
paramount to the press, summarized as helping make the world a better
place, and that the two "amicably parted ways." He also said that the
IMF were particularly upset that his predictions about their disastrous
policies quickly came true - which is an ominous portender for his
thoughts on the possibility of a global crash.

Stiglitz also slammed the recently passed Military Commissions Act,
stating that the bill, "really did compromise some of our basic rights,"
and that it was a "disaster" for American freedom.

paying the hell for all this super star talent and drop some
weight...get some young pitching talent and depth pitching rotation
talent and some hitters that just want to play ball and we are set and
fill this roster with depth and future yankee stars since the age in the
batting and pitching order is getting up there in age...

Everyone will have their opinion. but if your GF/BF Husband/Wife etc
truly does LOVE you regardless of the opposite sex of friends...then it
shouldn't be a problem.

Regardless of what people may think of this scenario. FRIENDS are GOLD
to me and are always there with you threw thick & thin, bad times or
good times, sad times & happy times.

I tend to give tremendous thanks this upcoming thanksgiving for my
family and my friends that I hold dear and I am thankful for having.

But if your mate loves you. he/she will even let his/her friends know
this regardless and that nothing else will come of the friendships over
that persons love/mate relationship.

If his/her mate feels jealousy over such a situation. then maybe the 2
parties have to really sit down and talk about it and let each other
know each others feelings on the subject and let both parties be aware
of the fact before it can get out of hand or miss understood.

Not everyone will have a great relationship over such quarrell's or
emotions. but it's best that the 2 parties that truly love each other
understand that the person needs his or her friends and shouldn't give
up the friends he/she cares about.

Well..there's many types of ladies out there as there are guys at there
that have a preference on the type of person they'd wish to be with.
When the right person comes along YOU WILL KNOW. Each of us will
experience this.

But unless each of us guys know EXACTLY what we want from that other
party. we won't truly become happy in life.

Ladies have a real special gift of sensing deep down at times of what a
guy feels, does or do. most ladies know what they want from a guy they
wish to be with...

I for one know what I want and that is a REAL lady/woman that knows what
she wants in life. is happy with herself and where she is going and is
confident, open minded, not fake, keeps it real, one that accepts me for
me, loves to talk about anythhing, communicative, romantic, fun and has
mutual understanding for me as I would for her. Of course, these are
just a few things ^_~ don't want to give it all away (leave something
for later)

But I want something REAL in a relationship and I DON'T want one night
stands, flings or bullshit games (don't have time for it in my
life)...but this is just my perspective...everyone else has their own
^_~

And always have a piece of mind to always be yourself regardless.
there's MANY types of ladies out there that have a preference of a guy
they wish to be with as well as guys have such preferences.

But rest assured sir that there is a special person out there for you
that will NOTICE you and will treat you like gold as you will treat her
like gold.

Just don't try to force anything on yourself. it will come to you and
"It is YOU That Will Be Found & Cherrished" ^_^

Well...there are alot of people that hate or (hate on) the most
winningest team in each type of sport because maybe their team doesn't
play as well as that most winnable team or successful team does.

Of course I am a yankees fan so it's to be expected. there's ALWAYS
going to be a hatred to a team one loves and is a fan to of another that
is of the complete opposite side!!

But this team won't win it all every year. but with good players that
love to play the game & that work hard and have good chemistry, work
ethic, team role leadership abilities, athleticism as well as a desire
to win as a team can bring about the best of any team if all play
together as a team. ^_^

Go Yanks!!

If Your Fingerprints Aren't Down You're Not Coming In

UK Government wants to control where citizens go to get drunk. Will
people start caring more about the liberty crushing surveillance society
now?

Steve Watson / Infowars.net | October 23rd 2006

The drinks are on Big Brother.

The British government has announced that it wishes to send nationwide a
previously localized program of mandatory fingerprint scanners at the
entrance of every pub and club in major UK cities. Under such rules If
you want to have a drink in the trendiest places in the UK you will have
to be fingerprinted.

As usual this is being sold as a way to reduce alcohol related crime and
weed out troublemakers. We're all suspects now, we're all possible
criminals and we all need to be scanned and catalogued in order to save
civilized society. The young hoodlums are taking over and we must all be
considered dangerous in order to stop them.

The move to introduce the scanners is being sold to club and bar owners
with the promise that they can stay open longer if they implement it. If
they refuse that nice little earner they will simply be shut down as new
licenses stipulate that a landlord who doesn't install fingerprint
security and fails to show a "considerable" reduction in alcohol-related
violence, will be put on report by the police and have their licenses
revoked.

What's more, reports detail the fact that all clubs and bars that have
this forced upon them, or choose to willingly use it, will be hooked up
to a centralized database in order to easily share the biometric
information. Access to this database will also be granted to the police
and the government.

We have previously been told that it is just a matter of time before the
fingerprint replaces cash and credit cards.

As a citizen of the UK I have not known a time when civil liberties have
been under attack from so many angles at the same time. In the name of
the war on crime, the war on terror, the war on drugs, the war on binge
drinking, the war on anything the government can't be bothered to
attempt to get to the real cause of, we have to relinquish our privacy.

Big Brother Is watching... And listening and shouting and scanning and
taking your fingerprints and swabbing your DNA. Lets take a snapshot of
a typical day in Britain should all these things be fully implemented.

You get up to go to work and walking down your residential street you
are picked up by multiple cameras within minutes of leaving your house.
Before you board the tube or the train you may have to relent to going
through the high-tech body screener for detecting would-be terrorists.
Place your hands above your head and wait for the machine to produce a
naked picture of you on a screen.

If your 're lucky enough not to have to go through one of these you will
certainly be picked up by the the face scanning cameras which are
programmed to sound an alarm when they spot suspicious behaviour, such
as waiting somewhere for a prolonged period of time or just walking in a
suspicious way.

Should you drop some litter or act out of turn the cameras may even
start shouting at you in order to publicly humiliate you and let
everyone else around you know what you've done. This way you might be
shamed into never stepping out of line in that way again.

You swipe your electronic travel card over the reader and a unit of
travel credit is deducted. This sends a signal to the central database
reporting your whereabouts. You could still use cash but the fare has
been raised so high for cash users that it seems ludicrous to opt for
that.

Those who are lucky enough to work out of the big cities or those who
drive to work will have their movements and personal behaviour monitored
by traffic cameras all over the country. They will also be tracked at
all times by the black box locator within their vehicles.

Once you get to work you are continuously monitored from the moment you
enter the building until you leave.

After work you may go for a drink. Once you have had your fingerprints
scanned to enter you may also have to undergo a DNA swab test for drug
use. If you refuse you are recorded as suspicious and may even be
arrested at which point your DNA will be forcibly taken anyway.

This will be added to the national DNA database which is also hooked up
to the central UK citizens database which eventually will contain the
DNA of everyone no matter whether or not they have committed a crime.
You will not have access to this information but the government will.
They may even sell the information to private companies should they wish
to. The Information will be stored on the database forever.

If you do manage to get in the pub for a drink you will be able to pay
for it much more quickly and easily if you have an implanted microchip.
Just wave your arm over a reader and it will pick up the chip's signal
and deduct a beverage credit accordingly. A chip may also eliminate the
need for an ID card, travel card, medical card and the like. No need to
carry cumbersome wallets or handbags anymore!

Perhaps you will not have worked hard enough this week to earn enough
beverage credits though. Oh well never mind time to go home. When you
get back remember to put out the trash. Make sure the bag is not too
heavy though or more refuse credits will be deducted from your
allowance. And don't forget to recycle or you could get some jail time.

Just before you turn in check your personalized cctv channel and report
any suspicious activity in your neighbourhood. You can then go to sleep
safe in the knowledge that you are 'secure beneath the watchful eyes' of
Big Brother.

In the UK we are the most observed population outside of North Korea.
Britain is the surveillance bench mark, the rest of the Western world is
a close second. As Henry Porter Commented in last week's London
Observer, It's time to wake up to what we have become and stop allowing
limits to be put on our liberty. It's now or never.
