Hi Unsure,

Just wanted to say, I think his name was Roger...we weren't together as
long as all that. I wouln't put up with that sort of nonsense long. He

It has to do with a lot more than clothes...for sure. It's an attitude
(not a shitty one) it's a way of presenting themselves. I lifestyle. A
boldness, it's very hard to describe. Showing the world on one hand you
can kick ass and take names, but at the same time having that senstive
side full of love and loyalty towards your loved ones. A risk taker, a
chance maker...someone that gets out there and grabs the world by the
throat and creates his own life and lives it. A free spirit. My
exhusband was like that. I still love him today for that sort of spirit
that he had. We just simply grew apart. We are still very good
friends. It's hard to put a label on it King...but I'm sure many women
here know what I'm trying to say.

Yea...I guess "amiable" is the oddest word I have ever heard anyone use
to describe themselves...

"Hi I'm Jane...I'm ambiable"..just don't sound right

Variety is the spice of life baby cakes...Being nice all the time would
bore me to death. There is such a thing as a healthy balance between
the two in my opinion. I was married for 14 years...something was
working.

I think it all depends...every situation is different, but at least a
year. I'm also a bit old fashioned...no living together first. That's a
cop out. I mean if you are going to put your toothbrush in my
toothbrush holder, throw your dirty underwear on my floor and put your
shoes under my bed...I had better have a ring!!

This really chaps my hide...Did the grocery shopping tonight. I go
through this almost every single time I go. I ask..."Please put the
cold stuff in Paper" so when I get home I only have to put the cold
stuff away and I know right where it is.

They never get it right...I'll be god damn if I didn't go in my kithcen
half hour ago and find my freakin cottage cheese in a freaking plastic
sack so it's been freaking sitting outside the refrigerator for a
freaking two hours!!!

AAARRRGGG!!!

Next time, I'm sacking the shit myself!

J

why do they even ask if they are going to do whatever they want anyway?

You just can't have an "all good guy" they're boring ZZZZZZZZZ! You
have to have a little bad boy thrown in the mix from time to time..

Letting go is one of the hardest things in the world to do, especially
when you truly love someone. But what is the alternative...stay and be
miserable knowing you can't fix things? I agree with everything you
said Jimi and sorry you had such a rough time of it. The only thing I
would have to disagree with is the point you made about finding someone
new. When you go through something this traumatic it takes time to
regroup and figure out where your head is at. It's not fair to bring in
a third party until you do. You could end up hurting someone else
completely innocent the same way.

Sounds like a very similar situation in my case Kingster...God!!! I
couldn't do anything or say anything without some acusatory bullshit
insisting I said or did something that I didn't do...

Bottom line, I learned as well that I'm not taking responsiblity for
some elses bullshit...he needed to clean off his own back porch instead
of constantly sweeping off mine. If you know in your heart you have
done all you can do, that's it...you have to let it go. I think it also
helps to be strong willed and not let people especially your significant
other tread all over you. You have to draw the perverbial line in the
sand and stand your ground on what you believe to be right and wrong.

all kidding aside about size...I cared for a man deeply and was even
willing to overlook his "Shortcomings" because I genuinely cared about
him...sometimes you can work around that sort of thing...but he treated
me like crap...he was so insecure and jealous of everything and
everybody I spent time around...and he was big into mind games...he had
to go...anyone that would treat me like that whether he had the muscle
or not would be out. There was no convincing him that I truly cared
about him...it wouldn't have mattered what I did.
