im wondering, do you think it might be a little easyier for you to get a penpal, and then go from there.. as you dont have a problem writing so having a penpal you can express whatever you want That's a good idea. Then they can set up a meeting time and place eventually. Really good idea! |

Well - someone else mentioned it - but worth mentioning it again. Yeah - it sucks. But then - she had to send a 'Dear John" letter via email. Methinks there is more than one issue there - and you are dodging a bullet you don't need. Kick the can around the block, hands in pockets, head down for a day or two - then be happy and motor on. Some pretty decent folks are out there. I agree, mourn her and move on. |

So go for it, just walk up to one and say hi. I'm sure she won't bite you or anything. When she says hi back, ask how it's going. When she answers that, maybe ask her what she's into. Just make conversation. Once you do it once, it won't be hard. Women don't bite unless you ask them to or unless you tell us that our pants make us look fat. :0

I agree, it's best she's upfront with you. As for the email vs. phone, I prefer email for two reasons, I hate talking on the phone, and it's easier to write some things down than to say them, you don't have any interruptions, for one thing. Sorry it didn't work out, but if she needs time alone, it's best to respect her wishes and give it to her. Good luck in the future.

yep you can. in fact if you get a blood test within the first 2weeks it would show up as in a urine test it takes over 6weeks... i have known many that have gotten pg even on the devo shot so no birth control is 100% postive Abstinence is 100% fullproof birth control!!!!

Don't ya just hate it when you get hated on for smoking? They don't even want to get to know you just because of it. I get it all the time. what's the point if you know you won't date a smoker? Or do you mean just as friends ? I have friends who smoke but I wouldn't date a smoker. YOu just pretty much made my point. How the hell can you say for sure that you haven't missed the person you would be the happiest with all because you couldn't get over yourself Long enough to get to know them just because they smoke. Some people have allergies, and cigarette smoke irritates allergies. Or they just would prefer not to smell cigarette smoke.
