Is there anything interesting going on in Michigan this weekend? It's been pretty boring lately.

You might want to narrow it down by city- it's a pretty big state.

Guess that makes some sense. Farmington/Livonia area mostly, but really anything around the Detroit area.

Should be lots going on in Detroit- big city. I live in a dinky town that pretends to be a city, so I'm sure there's nothing thrilling here.

Yeah, lately Livonia has been lame, and all I have done is drink every weekend, so I feel you. Any idea as to where I could locate some info on cheap concerts, or anything out of the ordinary.

saginaw's better than bay city at least, i lived there thirty years ago, on jefferson street, had fun anyway. bay city had bobby mc'gee's back then.

Back like 3 years ago Farmington Hills had the Grand Cafe, where I ended-up working. Gosh, I had more fun working on the weekends than I have lately. Totally need to find a casual hang-out spot again. I think that is more of what I'm looking for.

I don't suppose the zoo is open. Been there a number of year's ago. It was pretty nice.

Haha, I'm way too much of a sissy when it comes to cold weather for that, but I do love animals. Maybe the Polar bears will be comfortable for once.

Try PURE Michigan.org, Mich,fairs , festivals and events, Michigan classic car shows. Move to Traverse City! WE have so much to do each weekend that you do not know what to go to first! If all else fails we go to our beach on grand Traverse Bay and float around in the clear, clean water. Yes, up here it is clean!
