Topic: i need to know if im pregnant

okay so heres my situation so im late on my period about a week i took a test two weeks ago and it was negitive but i was also on birth control like about 4 weeks ago but i stopped taking it two weeks ago...so heres my question can i get pregnant still?

yep you can. in fact if you get a blood test within the first 2weeks it would show up as in a urine test it takes over 6weeks... i have known many that have gotten pg even on the devo shot so no birth control is 100% postive

yes you can get preger still are you stressed (can cause late periods) do you eat well (also can cause) go to a doc to get tested at least that way you'll know for sure why stop takeing the birth control

see i stopped taking my birth control cause it was making me sick...and we had a condom but yeah it fell off lol so yeah i've been stressed like no other

Yes.. first off, if you're not on birth control for a decent amount of time (the pill) especially, you are still able to get pregnant. I myself was on (the pill) for quite a few months and got pregnant w/ my oldest daughter almost 15 yrs. ago. Not to mention, I had 7 home pregnancy test done (both at home & the doctors) and 2 blood test before the last blood test ended up being positive. I was by then, 7 weeks pregnant!

Go get tested at an (un)planned parenthood office. It will be confidential and accurate.

most brand name home pregnancy test can tell if hCg is in your system 14 days after the day of intercourse. however not all women produce enough of the hormone, to tell so soon. a blood test is pretty accurate and give results within about 72 hours of conception. if your cycle is later than 5-7 days its best to go to the doctor. there might be an underlying condition and it might not be pregnancy. and if you are not wanting a baby. and by posting this i am guessing you are not. PRAY! God does not make mistakes and every baby he makes he has a purpose for!
