R.I.P. Ernie, from a life long Tigers fan. I was born in Florida but grew up and got into sports while living in Pontiac, Michigan, so I love all of the Detroit teams, even after moving away from Michigan. Thanks for posting this, I used to love listening to him on Tigers broadcasts as a kid.

Some of my favorites from "Airplane"

"Surely you can't be serious."
"I am serious. And don't call me Shirley."

"Hospital? What is it?"
"It's a big building with patients in it, but that's important right now."

The Jazz Singer with Al Jolsen and Roman Holiday are must see films.

I think I read that Karen in Goodfellas was watching The Jazz Singer when the feds where searching her house after she signed the warrant. It was Al Jolson wearing a tux I think it was and doing a whistling part of a tune..That's the most I've seen of the movie right there, heh.

Yea she was!!

Thank you for the conformation. I didn't feel like checking imdb.com to double check but was pretty sure I remembered right, heh. happy

has anyone mentioned Strange Brew???

That movie was so horrible it was actually good...lmao

Strange Brew was far from horrible, it's one of the best 80's comedies.

I love it how the MGM lion belches instead of roars, lol. And yeah it is so bad it's great :)

I actually still like the movie, regardless of the bad acting by some of the actors, ha. And no surprise that Rodney Mullen did stunts for Christian Slater, which is obvious in the construction site where he is skating alone to escape from everyday b.s., etc. Mike McGill was the other stunt double so he's more than likely the one who did the melon grab. It came out when I was 15 but have yet to buy a copy, just recorded it off HBO I think it was.

Agreed about Rodney Mullen, he's insane at street skating. happy

Also there is a Circa dvd I have with some nice stuff, will post my two fav clips from it when I'm not on my ipod touch.

Speaking of skating, does anyone like the movie Gleaming The Cube?

I've been guilty in the past of being wronged by someone, more than just a simple insult though, and waiting until they probably forgot they did anything to me, and that's when I struck back. They would never think,"was it that guy I ripped off months back?" Of course they weren't friends, just was connected somehow because they were a neighbor of a friend of mine, etc.
I've put that behind me though, acting like that, and just let it go. Why keep the drama of the situation going? Too many other things to worry about now at my older age, heh.

i feel some what different about it all then you guys, in my very own eyes i think sex with someone different and a relationship does not need to be the same if you know what i mean, and i think she wants me to change some, like stop fooling around with different people and grow more in love with her

She's working hard to earn a living, and is she supporting you too? You seem to be busy other than work when she's at her job. I've seen people take advantage of others like that before, having a person pay the bills, put a roof over their heads while, because they're in "love."
If she is working all the time and you rarely get to see her then why did you get into the relationship? I'm guessing you might be younger than her?
She should leave you and you should understand as you don't seem willing to change to make it work between you two. Find a woman who is available more and also a swinger, as it would seem to be suitable for your activities. Take care and good luck with whatever you do.

So what are your thoughts on cheating spouses? Husband or Wife? What circumstances would justify seeking something outside of marriage? How far can you go before it is cheating? What are your thoughts?

oh, I have thought of two possiblities,,,

If one is in an 'open' marriage(although Im not sure it would be considered cheating)

If one is still married on paper but no longer living together as husband and wife

the bottom line though, is whether there is upfront disclosure of the choice to move on,,,

I guess married couples who are swingers participate in consentual cheating. happy
(someone had to say it, heh)

You can check the recent activity page if it hasn't already been mentioned. I haven't read all the replies.

Yep, jlove43 beat us both to it. I'm another who doesn't read every posts at times, heh.

The "Recent Activity" box on your home page will show who just viewed you if you catch it around the time it happened, or haven't done much like viewing others, mailing, etc., that would push it down and out of the list.

I stated that on the prior page. flowerforyou

Oops, just spotted where you did mention it, heh.

Yep, I have a few. I always make sure there is meaning to the tatts or I know I'd have a lot more. I have good friends that work at shops so I get good deals, but as I said, just picky about what I get.

Millionaire athletes/celebrities seem to put up with their wealthy husbands cheating the majority of the time. We all know the Tiger Woods thing, but also John Terry the football (soccer player) for Chelsea in the EPL is a notorious cheater on his wife. He has been caught before by his wife before they married and again since then. The last time was with a former teammates ex-girlfriend, who is a underwear model, and it was news because someone took a pic of him leaving her residence. His wife was upset, etc., but after he met up with her and the children in some resort in Dubai, everything was roses again between them. He got stripped of being the captain of Englands national soccer team, but still captain of Chelsea FC.

His teammate Ashley Cole cheats on his wife Cheryl Cole, who is a pop star in the UK, so much, she finally is leaving him. Of course she has her own millions from the music thing.

You would think they could divorce and get "half" but the more money, the better the defense team.

John F. Kennedy told his brother Robert on the day of Roberts marriage,"Just because you are married doesn't mean you have to be faithful." Politicians are notorious cheaters as well of course.

I do know someone whos wife cheated on him, and he knows it, she told him after coming home after being gone all night, but he still is with her. They have a baby together so that could be a factor to some people in this situation.

So different people/circumstances seem to be a factor in the patience level. Mine, if the person I'm with cheats, I'm gone from the relationship.
