I am glad that your sister is out of that abusive relationship, and love is the absence of fear. There are no easy answers or group solutions, but I think she is very lucky to have you in her corner. She will come around.

First I take the mint leaves, a tablespoon of sugar and some cut limes in a rocks glass. Then I muddle them together into a paste, add rum, add rocks, shake and pour. Dont strain the ice, let it all back in the glass.

The oldest rum distellery in the world is the morgan cay distellery in Jamaica, where some of the finest rum in the world is produced. Brazillian rum is called cachaca, and is the main ingredient in the caprioska, the capairinia, and the mohito. every year 40 million barrells of rum are consumed worldwide, and half of that, 20 million barrells is produced by Ron Bacardi, in Puerto Rico.
