Are you serious? why would you want a gut????
What's wrong with thin?? Oh well if your serious - some people find it hard caus there metabolism is faster. So if to loose weight they suggest you eat little more often perhaps you should try the opposite. Big meals less often, and lots of beer and lots of junk food and less exercise including sex enjoy being a slob |

Mine is Peppermint oil for ants. If you have an ant problem coming in your house, go out and get some pepperment oil (you can get it from the essential oils at cheap shops) rub the oil with a cotton ball around where they come in and viola!
Sure you have the smell of peppermint for 2 or 3 days but that's much better than ants and keeps them out for months they hate it. |

A walk to the pub
|

6pm I dressed up nice, and went for a walk, the closest pub is an hours walk but I like to walk, looking at nature, seeing the different people out, the families with there children, the teenagers with there young love, the elderly on there walks and the trees forever standing and watching the humans in all there actions.
7pm I get to the pub and buy a drink, it is empty but it is early I am alone, sitting and staring at the wall is not fun so I jump on a pokie machine and spend $10, $20. I buy another drink still not many people in the pub but was hoping to meet someone nice and have them say hi to me I spend another $10, $20, $30 in the machines. A few people have arrived but they are all in couples or groups. I go to buy another beer and talk to the waitress, she comments that it is slow for a Saturday night, probably because of the rugby that's on. I sigh, I didn't realise the rugby is on, no wonder there is no one at the pub. then I laugh at myself. I just spent $60 and 2 hours plus another hour to walk home, hoping to meet someone and there is no one going out tonight haha..... |

OMG! this is a primo article. I must admit it bought tears to my eyes as I was reading it, can't explain why. It seems an excellent way to try and overcome my particular shyness. Especially the part about making friends and striking up conversations with strangers, that seems to be really hard for me. Thank you CyPoet |

getting over shyness

I used to be such an outgoing person when it came to men, very forward and and full of life however I've become the opposite after my last breakup a few years ago and it's really annoying.
I've become shy. I know there are many out there that are shy. A man I find attractive talks to me and I go all red and can barely speak! How to start, any suggestions? |

Hope your still looking at this page because after you get past the first few responses there are some people who will try and help.
First thing I did after a painful breakup is get seriously drunk for about 2 weeks solid with a wonderful friend who was there for me. Not the most productive way to carry on but I needed it at the time. The second thing I did was throw myself into my work and kept myself really busy in the evenings so I wasn't sitting there thinking caus that's the worst. Make yourself really tired so you sleep better. The third thing and the hardest really is force yourself into some company with others. I know you don't want to, you want to be alone but seriously family and friends help even though they don't feel like it at the time. All this won't make the pain go away but it helps it to fade over time. How much time depends on too many variables. Hope this helps :) |
