That's a VERY healthy and delicious way to do it!!!

Conversely, cheesecake a day would do it too ... :tongue: ... delicious, not so healthy!

Besides, it's a lean dog for the long haul ... :banana: ...

Oh well if your serious - some people find it hard caus there metabolism is faster. So if to loose weight they suggest you eat little more often perhaps you should try the opposite. Big meals less often,

and lots of beerdrinks

and lots of junk fooddrool

and less exercise including sex ohwell

Eat a high fat, high carb diet. Eat late at night. Instead of having a cookie, eat the whole package. Eat every meal as a contest of "how much can I eat?"

Milk shakes everyday
Take alot of vitamins, the B-complex seems to increase appetite (for me anyway)
Write down what your food intake is right now and then increase the number of calories.
If you are really active you have to take that into account as well, on some days you will burn many more calories than on other days.

Also eat your food fast, the more you chew it, the more calories you burn out of it. lol
If you swallow it whole like a snake, you will have a big gut, till you sleep it off in a week or so.tongue2
