6pm I dressed up nice, and went for a walk, the closest pub is an hours walk but I like to walk, looking at nature, seeing the different people out, the families with there children, the teenagers with there young love, the elderly on there walks and the trees forever standing and watching the humans in all there actions.

7pm I get to the pub and buy a drink, it is empty but it is early I am alone, sitting and staring at the wall is not fun so I jump on a pokie machine and spend $10, $20. I buy another drink still not many people in the pub but was hoping to meet someone nice and have them say hi to me I spend another $10, $20, $30 in the machines. A few people have arrived but they are all in couples or groups. I go to buy another beer and talk to the waitress, she comments that it is slow for a Saturday night, probably because of the rugby that's on.
I sigh, I didn't realise the rugby is on, no wonder there is no one at the pub. then I laugh at myself. I just spent $60 and 2 hours plus another hour to walk home, hoping to meet someone and there is no one going out tonight haha.....

I know how you feel.
You just want someone to talk too, exchange thoughts, mindless dribble to pass the lonely times. It seems when you’re most in need people can sense it and stay away, then when you're down and want to be alone they come to bother you.
I can't figure it out, something we are doing physically is opposite to how we are feeling inside. Or when we're down on ourselves we look vulnerable to others and they attack.
Whatever.
