Road Rage

If someone cuts you off, pulls out in front of you, drives slow, tailgates you, doesn't use blinkers... all those things that irritates you while on the road. Do you flip them off, yell at them out your window... pull your gun out? Do you have road rage? Or do you just ignore it and go on your way? To be honest it depends what mood I'm in. Sometimes I just shrug and cruize and other times I honk and swear (not loud enough for them to hear me though lol) |

Sex with the ex

Thank you guys and gals. A friend of mine here asked me about how to say no..... You kids got great answers. I hope these help her. try telling her there's only two letters involved and to repeat them strongly and often, you always get the 'come on' or the weedling almost begging thing. But don't let them get close enough to touch you and don't let them in the house. In fact avoiding them altogether so as to never see them again is the best course but sometimes life doesn't work like that. Be firm, be strong. |

Whats more important to men? Is it a womans personality or looks? That's the age old argument that is. Everyone wants to say personality and that is extremely important however that's not what you see when you first meet someone. Women do the same we know personality counts in huge terms but it's a bit hard to see personality until you come to know someone. So looks get you in the door but personality helps you stay there. |

I think new words will be made to replace the old. I'm not a fan of hearing swear words all the time, occasionally is fine but when it's used every other word it just sounds cras.

Faces ain't what's sexy... personality and spirit are. case in point.....dated a woman with a knock out body and a gorgeous face...at first glance, I (and apparently every guy who saw her) wanted to bone her.... yet, after talking to her and figuring out what a mean spirited flake she was....the concept of sex with her went right out the damned window.....don't get me wrong, the sex was better than humping the Chinese acrobats of Taipei....but after awhile....the person she is under the skin was just repellant. Soooo you found her repulsive yet you had sex with her anyway???? |

In alot of way's people are examples of what is to come. Alot of these times I hesitate to offer or even examine the idea of an often overlooked way that is called remembrance of the past. In times like the present it is invaluable topically to involve oneself in other's approximation of what cannot be stood for or abided. The discourse of these personal values are intrinsic as an invaluable way of the differing amoungst individuals and individuality. Sometimes into a vast or differing axiom it is involvement with only those individuals who are common and idealistio to even what we feel or are at comfort with. Here is and example of what is nice of what I have reasoned and have fallen over in the last example in over a period of ten years or more. If i am in this place am I bored enough or is it time to examine what I have made of this and the future? mmm read it a few times and still don't understand it all. Lets see if this is right. Look around. Try not to look in the past. Make sure you value others opinions. different opinions create individuals. The next line gets a little tricky without comma's perhaps different generalities ideals control what we feel or are comfortable with. Here is an example of my ideals that I am comfortable with. Then the question: Which I think I understand and my answer would be: Always examine where you are and what you are doing and whether the future can be altered by your reasoning and observations of the people around you. For as they alter and change there oppinions and ideals so shall yours be changed by default as all people are affected by others. Whether this change shall be for the better good is unknown and unstoppable. |

Australia. All I see is those horrible patterns and colours that my parents tripped out on. I would love to see something more sophisticated.

Hello guys & girls. I thought I'd begin a thread to see just how many, if any of you are into vintage clothing and styles? I'm talking Golden Age here, 30's, 40's, 50's. I've always been one for the olden days. Yet I'm doing my dating in the internet? Feels kinda weird, I must say. I want to wear double-breasted pinstripe suits on a daily basis with a good looking Bogart-type Fedora (higher back brim, lower front brim), and a nice wide tie with some nice patent leather shoes, preferably white & black wing-tipped. Yet I'll sit down and watch Star Trek at night. Strange, huh? I suppose it just reveals that its easy to take comfort in the past and look forward to the future when present-day kinda seems to linger along with a rotten stench! lol Any thoughts on the subject of bringing some class back to our everyday wardrobes? I had thought I was alone, but I stumbled on a forum-community called "The Fedora Lounge" (you can google it). and it seems like this stuff is becoming more popular out on the horizon. -Pete I'd just be happy to have the 60's and 70's trippin colours out of of fashion. They're everywhere |

Update:
Ok I've discovered that talking in here is easy (of course your not face to face with anyone haha). I can talk to woman, children and elderly easy. Guess it's just the man thing, attractive and opposite sex type . lol I know I can't be the only one there haha. I suppose it comes down to the usual story and a bit scared to go there again. Oh well, I'm happy and I know I'll get there. Thanks everyone for your posts I'm sure it's helping others and not just me |

I used to be such an outgoing person when it came to men, very forward and and full of life however I've become the opposite after my last breakup a few years ago and it's really annoying. I've become shy. I know there are many out there that are shy. A man I find attractive talks to me and I go all red and can barely speak! How to start, any suggestions? Hi. The weather's nice isn't it? That's a lovely pipe your smoking where did you get it? ....lol |

I talk to strangers all the time but it's a crap shoot. Sometimes people are leery of you and give you a blank stare. Go to the grocery store to the pet food aisle. First man to come along say, "Heh heh, this is SUCH a serious aisle isn't it? You mess up here and you're going to have trouble at home!" |

Wow toyhup That was certainly a perspective put forth rather succinctly. It is nonethe less very well considered from a man's viewpoint and fairly obviously Sandy has a female bias with some romantic considerations because she wants her dream and perhaps here she will find it.As will you, with a little luck and an honest conversation. Personally I believe that you are both correct and reasonable which I find quite puzzling because they are so seemingly different. How would either of you reconcile with the others' different ideas?. Yeah I was quite peevish that day to start with and I just thought that was such a strange question to ask. I see tohyup's point of view, (and a few others) that I shouldn't take it so seriously but at the same time I am looking for a hell of a lot more conversation before I start telling anyone my living situation or anything else that I consider personal. Guess it's just a matter of what your looking for in the first place<shrug>. thanks cypoet |
