It is hard to lighten up on that one for me. I personally believe that
the 12 step programs have probably saved more lives in this world in the
short time they have been around then any other organisation available
today. Its members are supposed to be annonomous and not drag the name
into the public spotlight ever. That would be a violation of their
guidelines and principles. I think this topic should be removed because
of that alone personally.

AA is for quitters and me personally I am no quitter. good luck to you

Kevin You should start your attack on the court system, If anyone is
responsiable for exsploiting A.A you may want to start there! I never
asked you for a confession! Breaking your own animinity is you own
business! Doe's anyone here really know you? think about it & chear up

leroy it was wrong of you to use their name in public in the first
place. now it has invited people to trash the organisation that saves
more lives then any other more people in this world die due to alcohol
or drug related things then anything else. I have to walk away from this
topic becuase it upsets me too much to see people throwing their lives
away on time payment while at the same time putting down the one thing
that may save thier lives or someone close in the future. I have seen
too many die from the effects of not having a 12 step program to live
by.

This is not the forum to trash someone because they don't want to go to

I feel if you want to go to a bar fine, however ther are many myself
included. who do not like bars, when I was young used to hang around
them not anymore, have better ways to use my money.

hello!! I want my AA hug!!

AA iS OK it just didnt work for me I have 2 years sober through my
church but that is just what works for me if AA works for you thats a
good thing what ever keeps you sober I was thinking about taking a 2
year chip even though I nolonger attend AA I always wanted a 1 years
chip now I can go get a 2 year.

It just hit me an AA post you could have a daily AA meeting right here
at JSH. LOL it just might work if you work it!!!!

Well as far as drinking I have never been an Alcoholic I drink very
seldom even tho I did Bartend for 10 years never drank that much then
either. When I do drink yes its Crown & 7up and the drugs I dont do heck
Advil puts me to sleep. As far as the bars have not even been in one in
a long time. But don't have a problem going with friends. But I have
friends that don't drink and I admire them for it that they realized
they had a problem and dealt with it. So I see nothing wrong with this
post in the least.
