I understand all the hurt feelings and puppy love and the rest, and I'm by no means excusing their behavior, but obviously none of you have ever known war or what it's like. War does funny things to men. It makes nice boys mean. It makes the mentally sick even more sick. It was a sick video and those two are idiots for allowing it to be posted but there is a lot that goes on in a war that you'll never see on YouTube. amen

It's one thing, to be there and use weapons against enemies and helping to save the innocent victims of war. But this guy is a freakin idiot. There was no reason for him to do that whatsoever. NO EXCUSE.

I agree Kitten, defending your country is one thing but to torture ANYTHING defenseles is against ANY morality I know or care to be associated with!!! whats next, saying its o k to hang kids cause they happen to be in the middle of combat!!!!!! animals are not humans ...plain and simple and when people defend animals over humans there is something seriously wrong there |

What are you going to do to prevent this from happening in the future? I see a lot of people saying that this guy should be shot and other things. Yes, he was wrong no one is saying otherwise. What makes any of you think you are any better than he is? What are you going to do for him when he gets back? Are you going to give him the help he needs and deserves? Or would you wish he was dead and lock him up. The guy was wrong. But he wears the uniform of the Marine Corp. of the USA. That alone tells me he has a lot more courage than you people that put the life of a dog before a human. And as far as the guy that started all this.......What were you thinking? How can you want him dead and think you are better than he is? I know plenty of animal rights activists(terrorist) and I wouldn't want to be friends with any of them. You never should have started this. |

No one is talking about animal life over humans, it is just plain WRONG!!! Is it o k if he comes back and tortures a kid cause he is a marine? I served and thats not what u uniform is about and there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with someone who defends his actions!!! Why is this thread so bad to be started, it NEEDS to be talked about

My ex-boyfriend has been in Iraq three times, and is there for a fourth right now, and he wouldn't do anything like that. There is NO excuse. Period! wishing and doing are the same thing......alrighty then.I simply cant see how some individuals can exist with their intelligence.I have a vendetta against one soldier not all.Nothing backfired here,i simply learned that a few members here are brain-damaged.This was never about a puppy,it is about the innocent being destoyed for fun.When a person defends evil they are evil.What will his punishment be??Can it ever equal his trespass against the innocent."Bad things happen in war"...whatever!!Bad things happen at night also,evil exists.That soldiers family and trainers failed him.The soldiers overseas should represent our flag and ideals.I have lost family members due to war,they fought with honor like so many are doing today.God bless America,its Armed forces,its citizens,its ideals,and even its brain-washed Nazis.

Yes, The marine was wrong. However, he isn't as wrong as some of these people who think he should die for it. I hunt. From what I have been reading here I am sure some of you would think I am crazy as well. That is fine. You can think what you want. But who are you going to run to for help if it is needed? It's sick to put the life of an animal before a human life. you can't seriously be equating your hunting to what this toolbag did, can you? do you needlessly torture the animals or do your best to kill with one shot? there's a big differnce in hunting for food or sport(food i think is much more honorable) than harming an animal for a laugh. |
