Yeah, repainting and the lime green is icky. I am really enjoying painting over it. It reminds me of an institution and the sierra redwood seems warm and comforting to me. I just think it is more homey and inviting. Lavender and lime green just reminds me of a bad acid trip.

I didn't get to paint, today because I stayed up so much, yesterday painting. But I did get plenty of sleep. I was sleepy at work last night but back on schedule. I got my nights and days mixed up but back on my regular working schedule. That is a good point, Jt, and I have tried to keep the place ventilated. It was warmer yesterday and the cold and hot can't seem to make up their mind. One day it is cold and the next day it is hot. We really have been lucky about it not getting too cold here, lately. Not sure if we are going to have much snow this winter.

they're calling for more sleet and snow here tonight through friday.



btw Rainbow,when you go to Blue Eye,do you take 103 between Green Forest and Oak Grove?

I guess im lucky where i live no ice or anything here and dont think we will get any today or friday either. If we ever get snow its only a inch or less. I just wish it wasnt so darn cold and cloudy out if its not going to do anything here.

they cancelled all the schools around here for today and tomorrow.i've had to deal with 3 kids today and i'll have to put up with them again tomorrow

i'm not real sure because this is the first time i've been in this area.i just know you go through the itty bitty Yokum community to get here.i think they still consider it part of Oak Grove though because i'm only like 3 miles from Oak Grove

Ok, that is past the Enid bridge because the Enid bridge is like halfway between Green Forest and Oak Grove. When I was thinking of Yocum I was thinking of Pappy Yocum, a character from Dog Patch. There sure are some big catfish under the Enid bridge.

Sorry to hear that. We got sleet but it was with heavy butt rain all night long and i couldnt sleep because of it.

oh btw Rainbow,if you get on the road that goes to the Enid bridge,if you take the first road to the right on the dirt road,our house is at the top of the road.

Oh ok, Jt. I am planning on going to get some smokes this Sunday on my day off. I will be going to Blue Eye and will try to find it. Thanks buddy. Driving really relaxes me for some reason and God knows I need a break this weekend.

yeah i'm the same way with driving.i think it's due to my grandfather because i remember in the summer time,when the sun started going down,we would all pile into his truck and just going driving around on the backroads.i always loved it and i still do

There are a lot of good back roads around the area. I have got lost on many of them and wonder how long till I ever find black top, again, lol.
