Are you willing to relocate in the future? Or is he?

I'm sure it could depending on the 2 of you.. Are either of you willing to move if it gets serious?

1. Can you (or the two of you) afford the cost of travel to see each other often?

2. Is someone willing to move?

3. Are both parties secure enough to deal with the time apart?

If you can say yes to all of the above then it has a chance.

Long dinstance relationships are very difficult. I was in one for a while. If the both of you put the same amount of effort and dedication into, you'll both be just fine. It's the people who make it work, not the relationship by itself. Good luck!

In the beginning it may not seem that hard, but someone has to be willing to move in the end. Unless you are willing to try a long-distance marriage?

I know i am in the same situation, everyone I talk to is in the U.S.A.

From my experience long distance is hard, but if both of you are willing to try................go for it. He just might be the one.

Good luck............life is about taking chances.

Anything can work if your willing to. It's up to your desire's and passions. If it's what you want, go for it...There are always circumstances involved possibly...Career, kids...if none of that will be interfered with then I say you have a great chance and best of luck to you! happy

Well I can say they work,,, We have finally ended our weekend commutes and living together now..

so with Patience, trust, communication and alot of planning on both parts it can and does work,,,

Our commutes were 4.5 hours away from each other,, we spent weekends driving to each other and countless hours on the phone, emails and Im

best of luck to all of you

ALL relationships take work..long distance OR local..both parties need to be able to put the same amount of effort/energy into it to MAKE it work.

You could be a block away and be more distant than with someone 3,000miles away....
Yes someone has to move or both meet in the middle

they can and will work find as long as long as it`s kept honest if either find someone closer tell the other so neither one will be going down a dead end road.
