Rain rain rain, guess the yard work will have to wait.

No rain here but got all of the front yard watered and weed eated

Had to remove the dirt from under my walk through gate so I could get it opened.. Yard slants from the back and it gathers under the gate..

Got the chain on it and a new lock..

Then used the leaf blower to blow off the back patio.. And put a line of ant killer all around the patio seems they like the cat food..

I cleaned out my kiddie pool and filled it up. Then went and laid out for a couple hours.. awe felt so good...

Ohh and rearranged my food cabinet..

Just got out of the shower my happy arse is heading to my recliner.. I'm done for the day.. time to watch some tv and relax..

A great start to my long weekend....bright and sunny ...used the dry sauna and then into the pool for an hour ...home to Tea and scones..

Passing thru this Pub.....hoping to bump into a known suspect....no luck.....downs a few free shots of JD and I am outta here ....

This is what happens when I go to bed too early... Was up at 4am already gave y'all another hour to sleep before I turned the TV up full blast playing music...

Rise and Shine... coffee is ready... got bacon & crispy crowns in the Air Fryer.. Making Mexican Omelet........

Oh yeah....its wakey wakey time ....I can smell the bacon from here ...

Just downing the first coffee.....with a little added vodka.....and alls good !!!

I was so bored this afternoon, that I just had to get out and play pickleball. SO I played for an hour and a half , while the weather cleared up and the rain stopped....then headed to a BBQ and had a few gin and tonics, before heading home sweet home....and here I am at this Pub , where the lights are off and I am groping around looking for a light switch, tripped over something cussed out aloud and now leaving to actually go sleep it off in my car....for an hour or so before eventually going home .....Good night me hearties......

wow.. poooorrr babies.. no widdle sports games ta watch.. boohooo.. what wud life be like if there weren't any sports ta watch.. awwwwwwwww.. at least Slimbo got out there and actually DID something to replace HIS boredom..

good Monday mornin peeps'n lurkers

a new week AND a new month.. whoa.. zippity doo da huh..

anywho.. *Zee sings* it's rainin it's pourin the old man is snorin.. yup.. it's a rainy Monday here folks.. current temps are 73F (feels like 84F) with 96% humidity.. ugh.. hot'n muggy..

anywho.. house won't clean itself.. although that WOULD be nice now wouldn't it

Ohh my if y'all are that bored heck I have plenty of yard work y'all are welcome to do.. I kind of like having those bored days with nothing to do..

Well and I don't watch sports..

Humm well I was not bored Sunday.. Made a trip to the shed to take some empty boxes out there to use later.. And well seems I got side tracked while out there..

Went and hooked the tender back up on my mower then grabbed the Hedge Clippers and a ladder, decided to trim the bushes out front.. had one that had shot up past the eves and was covering my outside light.. Got it and the others all trimmed and picked up trimmings to put in the trash..

Also had rearranged the area where I have some tools in the kitchen as well as cleaned out my fridge and got it wiped down..

you'n me both TG.. I got LOTS I can let'em do to alleviate their boredom

I actually designed and built a special ramp to elevate my ride on mower so I could fix one of the blades.. mind you.. I couldn't make the nut budge but it's been flooded now with WD40 a few times so I'm hoping my next attempt will get that blade OFF.. it's been raining since tho so haven't been able to try again YET.. guess that's what I get for building it OUTside instead of INside the shed where the mowers stored.. oh well..

I also measured all the distances where the rafters are going on the 2x6x18.. ready to install after the rain stops.. and once I get that 2x6x16 repositioned I'll be able to install all the rafters.. seems the idea I had didn't work.. oh well.. back to housework I go..
