wow Mo.. yeah.. just looked at the news.. pretty awful destruction.. guess the only thing we cud do in that situation is survive huh.. and hope the insurance company didn't fug around..

guess right now you can be thankful it didn't hit just a tad south..

I saw.. pretty awful.. watched some drone footage and man.. devastating.. some houses are just gone.. plus it stayed on the ground for 20 mins?? wow.. yup.. mother natures fighting back I tell ya.. with a vengeance

It is sad that storm leveled a lot of houses... Not sure what I would do if that happened..

To loose everything in just a matter of minutes would be devastating for sure..

devastating yes.. but if you have your life.. "things" can be replaced.. this is a cautionary note to "appreciate what we have" cuz it can all be taken away in a moments notice..

late start to the pub but been in here awhile.. just been busy lurkin

current temp IS: 68F but feels like 72F (like 72F is a bad thang ) NOT.. it's raining.. yeeha.. and 96% humidity.. duh.. it's raining go figure lol

actually the temp went down 2 degrees from 70F earlier.. weird but welcome.. I can open my doors'n windows now.. YIPEE.

why does rain always make me tho.. crazy but true..

anywho.. best get ma buttski movin so I can get something done today.. if only I cud stop lol

True material things can be replaced. A life is worth a lot more.. Just it would be hard to look at your house you have lived in for years totally destroyed... And no idea what or how you will rebuild your life..

Ohhh heck when it rains and I'm home it is a sleepy day it seems.. Just the sound of the rain makes me want to doze off..

Most folks were at work so no deaths thankfully.

But yeesus, go to work one day, come home and ya house is gone.

there's a good thing.. no loss of life is a definite plus..

speaking of temps it's currently... 70F but feels like 75F with 81% humidity and highs of 77F feeling like 90F.. it was supposed to rain all day per yesterdays weather report however today there doesn't seem ta be much on the way of rain.. and why ya can't trust the weather networks

I'd kill that siren.. he's awake and lucky for you.. he stopped for a bite to eat and a beer (hair of the dog) but I'd use the lights until yer about 2 mins out so he doesn't see'em.. yer cuttin it close.. lets just hope he doesn't put his hand on the hood and see it's hot..

OMG tomorrows day 1 of August.. already?? wow.. summers flying by fast enough huh.. I'm still waiting for a 2nd pair of hands ta help with that 2x6x16 so I can get ma rafters up.. lost a whole month.. and believe you me.. I've been racking ma brain trying to find a solution ta doing it solo... if the light wasn't in the way.. and I didn't wanna poke a bunch of holes in ma exterior wall.. I'da fixed it already.. hmmmm.. still thinkin on it..

Ohhh my I crashed yesterday then woke up at 4am this morning

Humm well thought I would get ahead and start watering my yard so went out before 5 and started watering my front yard.. Well seems I forgot to set my alarm and forgot about it

Ohh well that spot got a good watering really needed it.. but 2 hrs was a bit much hahaha...



What can I say, I got sidetracked on here and fixing breakfast... today it was a Breakfast Burrito, with bacon, eggs, onion, jalp & salsa & Coffee

ahhhhh a new day and I slept in.. well after I woke at 3:30am and was up for 3 hrs.. fell back ta sleep and only got up at 9.. whatever.. not like I had anywhere ta be..

current temps are: 73F (but feels like 84F) with a high of 82F (but'll feel like 93F ) ugh.. muggy.. blah..



TG.. sounds like ya 'flooded' yer yard however I'm sure it greatly appreciated it after all the dry heat you've had
