Seeing a photo of Robert Louis Stevenson -a Scottish poet, novelist and travel writer from the 19th century- I had to blink twice, thrice. What the bleep? There's a striking similarity to Tommy Flanagan -Scottish actor. I guess typical Scottish looks?

thinking of taking a short cut to roasting a whole chicken, just haven't figured it out yet??? Ideas anyone ???

I bought one of those Big Boss air fryers several years ago for roasting a chicken and other stuff.. Finally used it a few months ago to roast a chicken and it turned out great.. I was surprised how easy it was to fix one.. Found this for you but I prefer the roasting bags you can put them in if using the oven makes them even more juicy.. if you don't have that maybe wrap in foil I always put water in the bottom of my pans when using roasting bags it seems to keep bottom from getting over cooked.. I also put butter and basil inside of mine this last time then lemon pepper and butter on the outside... https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/83557/juicy-roasted-chicken/

Thinking being the supervisor is pretty cool. I had two cashiers yesterday and today so spent most of the time stocking and organizing the store instead of taking care of customers.
