Enjoy your Brunch~~ Lmao ..it is nothing fun just cleaning around my house and working on my spare bedroom that my son is finally getting his stuff ready to take to the shed.. So now it has to be patched, cleaned, painted and carpets need to be cleaned.. But, I have a list of stuff I need to do in other rooms first~~ Humm wonder if friends would think your nuts if you have a cleaning party Nope! I've been thinking about that concerning help in my garden! A garden-do-up party. Get a crate of beer, maybe a BBQ when it is done.

Actually now a garden party is not a bad thing... Specially if you have a few friends that are willing to help maintain it then split all that is grown in the end..

I've actually tried that a number of years ago. Tried to find a garden-pal, offered a piece for him/her to use in turn of helping me maintain the lot. I figured that'd be a pretty good deal, certainly if you don't have a garden yourself. It could've been completely out of sight from my rear window & door. They could've used their section to just enjoy the sun in privacy, or BBQ or grow greens. No one responded...

After that brunch .... now that I am home ....all I am fit to do is take a power nap .... Guessing the clean up will be some other day ......

Its about time, got water flowing just to find the water pipe going into bathroom burst, its an easy fix except I'll have to go into a crawl space to get to it . 🤬🤪

Cleaning lady. REALLY not in the mood for that. The windows need washing outside from the storm. All covered in dust/sand but I'm not sure if it's doable because of the cold wind.

today I ran errands for the boss, finished up an apartment. replaced the stove and fridge. then changed the locks on another one. spent a little time typing on PM's. tomorrow, I'll start tear out on another apartment in prep for a full renovation. it will take up about a week to a week and a half of my time start to finish. depending on what else gets shuffled into my days.
