Topic: Same PM from different users? | |

Not sure what to do with this?
Tonight I keep getting the exact same message from several different people -or so it appears. I suspect this because the message is exactly the same, but so are the approx. 7 emojis that are in the title of said message and in the same following order. Now that's a bit too much for coincidence? Thing is, what to do with them? Report them, for what reason? So far I've deleted them but right now I got another one :/ The first bunch was sent at the exact time. |

I'd report them as scammers anyway. Make a list of the usernames, copy and paste the message into the report box along with the usernames. As you say, it's far too much of a coincidence.

Goes along with multiple profiles that have the exact same write-up and photos of too good looking women. Scammers, report, block, and delete.

They only teach just so much in scammer school, after that they're supposed to develop more on their own but most don't.

I get the exact same messages too. My thoughts are... they see you online and flood you simultaneously. Not the same scammers, but different ones who use the same message. Darkowl made me laugh when he said scammers are messaging scammers. Now those messages would be interesting to read.... Who asks for stuff first??

If you don't Report them then there is nothing that can be done or checked!

This is done by automated bot, it is a script that generates account, adds pics etc. If you report one, thousands are created, and the person is not even there it is all automated, useless to report. Most sites and apps are like this, very few real ones. Pity.

If they get reported Admin can Ban the account, as well as ban the IP if several are being generated on one! As stated above if Members do not use the Report System then there is nothing that can be done or at least attempted. Forum Admin Kristi |

Really weird. I just wasn't sure if and how to report it as it appeared to be different users with different names & photos, so likely indeed generated by a bot. But... if it happens again I will report it the way Seamus said. |
