I'm not disabled, but I have a condition called "pigeon toes" which means my feet lean inwards. My whole leg bones are twisted inwards, but I could walk with no problem, but they attract attention though because of how they look when I walk. But because of this condition, I have flat feet and cannot fit into ladies shoes.

I have no problem dating someone with a disability. We all deserve a chance at love and happiness.

This is a nice feeling knowing people who really do not count all that still exist ... truly it's a choice but I really need to appreciate your type of person

Yes I’d date someone who’s disabled:thumbsup: . I have a learning disability myself and was diagnosed with one when I was young. I overlook any disability and focus on personality.

Would you date anyone with a disability.

He still eats candy.

this is a story about addiction.
addiction ruined those people's lives.

"everyone has a disability" minimizes the life defining experiences of disabled people to the point of erasure.

i feel like there is some unnecessary virtue signaling going on in here.
everyone is gonna have their different set of dealbreakers, you know? and that is fine.
i certainly don't blame people for ghosting when i disclose my mental illness or work status.
there's nothing wrong with wanting to be with someone that can do all the things you wanna do!

Is that not what we are all looking for. Another person who's demons play well together?

You don't play with demons, you cast them out!

Disabilities.....

We all have them. We might not call them that, nor want to admit that is what it is, but by a broader definition, it still is.

Having a low tolerance for cold... yes. In comparison with someone who loves cold weather and being out in the snow, that is a disability. It prevents you from participating with them in activities involving low temperatures.

Seasonal allergies and hayfever - yes. It prevents you from activities where you are exposed to pollens and airborne molds. So much for botanical gardens and camping in forests, eh?

Sun and light sensitivity - yes. It impairs your ability to be in direct sunlight. I guess we gotta be in a full hazmat suit with solar shades just to walk on the beach in summertime, That sensitive skin might burn.

The point is if it prevents you from participating like someone else, it could be construed as a disability.

Old age - yep. We don't move as fast or have the stamina as a younger person.

The solution is that we examine each characteristic. Is it something we can mutually accept? Are we able to adapt? Are we affected by similar conditions?

I would never rule out dating someone with a disability. We would discuss it, and if it is something that we can work with, great! If it is something that is just too impossible to work around, well, I guess it is what it is. It doesn't mean I can't be a friend. We might decide not to date, but we can still enjoy the things we can do together.

We are all human beings, and while we may be different or have limitations, we all have hearts and feelings, and need to know that someone cares.

Even if someone was confined to a wheelchair, I could still take them to the zoo, out to eat, a movie, many things that we could do together.

To each their own, we need to remember though, in an instant we could be the one that nobody wants too. Karma is very real.

i believed the way you treating others somehow will back to you so be gentle and be hopeful.i rather to accept someone and decide to love him and be with him despite of disability if your still keep loving others like you have in yourselves.

I could have a relationship with someone with a disability. There are many ways to be attracted to someone. It doesn’t always have to be physical and the term disability is relevant.
