What has happened to our men out there ???... Have they all given up and let their selves go, become ugly and hairy ? Why have they all got hairy faces ? Come on guys get back in the game. Buy yourself some razors or an electric razor and clean up for your women.

I do think it's a good point.
Fortunately I don't see many over here in my age group that seem to have lost their razors haha.

It is a trend right now for the younger, but NOT a long fluffy beard and long hair.
A relatively short beard that is groomed really very well and properly cut, as well as the hair on their scalp.

That is okay, although still not what I'd want on my man. But at least it looks clean and taken care of. Not like the meal of a year ago is still to be found in it.

Erm ... I have a wee shave every day

I think it can be different per country/region and also dependent on religion -think Middle-East- and age group, like currently a lot of young men in their 20/early 30s over here growing short beards. The new fad.

I've also seen quite a lot of men with full, long beards in the NOrthern Territory in Australia. Why I don't know. It's stinking hot and very humid there as it is, so you wouldn't want a thick layer to make you even warmer.
The same question for the Middle-East. Okay, it's religious, but it's gotta be horribly warm! Although in desert climate maybe it has a function, but in Aus's NT's humidity...

I think if you get to choose how others 'look'
you are subject to the same reviews.

Everyone is entitled to look how they want , not just to impress people .
Real beauty is in the inside of a person not the outer and to judge someone by that and facial hair is pretty lame

But looks ARE the first impression, the first attraction. We can't see the inside beauty of the person until we get to know them.

Do we really want to open that can-of-worms, and dictate that all men or women should conform to our idea of attraction? If you do not like the look of someone...move on until you find a look you do like. No one has the right to make 'attraction rules' for all.

Exactly... once we start criticizing the look or wants of another, we immediately open up ourselves for the same criticisms.
