Have a great day river Ot taking a couple of days easy Twisted my ankle the other night and while uncomfortable I continued on yesterday.... boy did I pay for it last night! Lesson learned but it's going to drive me insane to sit around What would you tell me to do if I twisted my ankle?

Doing some work in the garden, pulling out weeds that were on the ground, stopping me from mowing the lawn there. Mowed a bit, now having a break. Stinking hot to work outdoors with 25C and full sun.

What was I thinking trying to watch a Spanish movie with English subs??? They speak so danged fast meaning loads of subs and I cannot keep up. I'm not used to reading subs anymore, certainly not when they fly over the screen.
