The kitchen invasion was of course in a separate room so I could sort of ignore that and the workers. But then these 2 men I really didn't like started in my living room with the door and window. Wonderful. Then some dude came over for maintenance of the CV and had to be upstairs AND in my bathroom. That's when you get serious GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR feelings well up, haha. Felt like a total invasion of my home. It was well worth it but nevertheless I was happy when it was done! |

The walls are now done, bath and shower installed, ceiling panels fitted, towel radiator installed, half the floor done, sink and toilet in situ but still need connected. Almost done but I canโt use the bath or shower until Saturday when the sealant will be dry. Canโt wait till itโs all over now and I get my house back |

I can imagine!! A few more days!! Suddenly remembering that in the UK people have their toilet upstairs in the bathroom. How the hell do you do your thing? Haha. The bathroom door was taken off on Monday so I have no door. I had been going to my daughterโs house to use her toilet because mine had been disconnected but it has been reconnected temporarily today so I just asked the guys to go outside whilst I used the toilet. Never thought Iโd see the day when I had to ask to use my own toilet |

at myself
Sitting inside and I just ducked caught the movement, out of the corner of my eye ,of a butterfly outside my window visiting my passion vine In my defense that was one big azz butterfly |

Took a drive and got a cold drink. It is getting more hot by the minute!

Imagining, how this butterfly looked like ... Batman-size?

Just rescued a tiny little mouse thing that Jinx brought in to play with. Mice don't really co-operate even in their own rescue but at least it didn't bite me.
Jinx is still searching around the sofa for it. |
