Can't say I have been in a lock-down, due to I have worked every day and not much has changed in my every day life.. Only thing I have missed at times is going out to eat.. Which now we can... but have yet to go out to eat.. I have yet to wear a mask for we are not made to at work, and I refuse to wear one anywhere else.. Except I have gained my son,his gf and my grand son for the time being..while all this is going on... Other then that already have a Cruise booked for the end of September as long as they start Cruising I will be on that ship... The Police are coming round workplaces here in Scotland and checking people are wearing masks and adhering to Social distancing rules and staying at least 2 metres apart. If not they're fining you, the company you work for and sometimes, just shutting you down. Our lockdown rules are stricter than what Englands are though and that's no new cases now in Scotland, for the 3rd day running. So the effects are starting to show. If you try to drive from England to Scotland, also, the Scottish Police are using Automatic Number Plate Recognition, to identify English number plates and turning them back around again. Englands covid19 rate though is rising again! Could you send a few cops over to Dublin? Most Gardai here seem to have a very relaxed approach They're doing their job anyway and dealing with it though. I always found the Gardai, to be a wee bit weird natured though. Alright to people like me, but dishing out kickings to their own. Seen them do that a few times over there mate!

But if you need them, like at the beach where idiots were sitting on top of each other, no Gardai to be seen

I don't care if lockdown is over.... the cooties ain't goin' away. They just want you to produce, earn and spend money. Modern courtship is a two week vacation together -but ten feet apart -until the end of it! :p

I'm with most of the "so what" crowd. There were places I couldn't go (because they were closed), but I was able to go to the hardware store frequently and grocery shop at the large, 40 acre international market with hundreds of my closest friends (lol) from all over the globe. I kept a mask handy whenever I went out, but as I hit the door of a store on my way in, I scanned the inside and half the people weren't wearing them (as I found to be the case most often), then I didn't put mine on. Take vitamin D and zinc, you'll be set as well as you can be set to fight it. (Edited for speeling)

My town isn't really on a lockdown. Hopefully, your town never does. They might still be a second wave of this, but l hope not. I still think England are coming out of their lockdown too early, but only time will tell. Scotland, just aren't taking no chances with it, which to me is the common sense approach to dealing with it Cat!
