hi mystical .. we know there are asymptomatic carriers of the virus . Some countries are now extending testing to target this population and establish how much this contributes to community spread ..

As for reinfection .,there have been a number of patients representing after discharge though it is unclear if they were truly virus free at discharge . Reinforces need not to discharge patients early . There will be larger scale studies of this as more information comes to hand . Viruses do have the ability to stay dormant in The body and reinfect when immunity is lowered .... covid may have this potential ., we will know more about this over time .

The Governor’s Shelter in Place Order:

The Governor’s Shelter in Place Order provided that (as more fully detailed in the attached Order) that:

1. individuals currently living in Mississippi are ordered to stay at home or in their residences except as otherwise allowed in the order;

2. evictions are suspended for residences within the State of Mississippi;

3. Non-essential businesses shall cease operations, with the term “non-essential businesses” being those defined by Executive Order No. 1463 as supplemented;

4. Essential businesses may remain open, though essential businesses do not include fitness and exercise gyms, dance studios, clubs, tattoo parlors, spas, salons, barber shops, and other similar personal care and grooming facilities;

5. restaurants and bars may remain open but limited to drive-thru, curbside and/or delivery service;

6. all places of amusement are closed, whether inside or outside, and including without limi- tation parks, playgrounds, children’s party and play facilities, beaches, lakes, reservoirs (though not including walking trails), movie theaters, bowling alleys and social clubs;

7. all public private and social no-essential gatherings of ten people or more in a single space where individuals are in close proximity shall be cancelled or rescheduled;

8. individuals may leave their homes only to perform the essential activities listed in that Order;

9. individuals engaged in essential travel shall adhere to the CDC and Department of Health recommendations and guidance.

The Order also allowed local governments to impose additional more strict measures.

Curfews:

Both Bay Saint Louis and Waveland instituted curfews, which will be in place from 11:00 p.m. to 5 a.m. CST each night, subject to the exceptions detailed in the orders of those two cities, which are attached hereto. Diamondhead and the unincorporated portions of Hancock County have not instituted curfews.

County unable to continue “hazard” pay

At the March 26 meeting, the board approved the additional compensation for the sheriff’s office employees and all county employees who are still required to work effective March 24 through the March 28 pay period and the March 29 through April 11 pay period. Hourly employees received time-and-a-half pay per hour and salaried employees received time-and-a-half for overtime with a cap of 120 hours per pay period.

Hancock County Administrator Eddie Favre said it was his recommendation that the county, at this time, not renew the program any further beyond April 11.

Effort on to support local restaurants during pandemic

“Restaurants are struggling to stay open while facing tremendous business losses. Local restaurants and their employees desperately need the support of our communities across Coastal Mississippi. Many have adapted to the current climate by offering curbside pickup, delivery, and specialized menus.

This is not a quackery. This is the cure to coronavirus. Please do not argue it. If you don't believe it's the cure please help someone out there with this simple remedy and eliminate the virus.

The cure is bitter cola.

Get bitter cola and grind it to powder. Add warm water and stir then apply a teaspoon to the water you wanna use to bath. After taking your bath, you can drink from the diluted "a teaspoon" before going out (it prevents you from contacting it). Repeat it when you return home.

Please do not argue this. The world is looking for the cure, and the cure is right before you in your hands

The chances of bitter cola being a "cure" for Coronavirus is vanishingly small and indistinguishable from zero. It is highly unlikely that there is a connection between using bitter cola and not catching coronavirus, no more connected that someone patting their head three times and not catching it.

There is a considerable amount of work being done by experts around the world in the search for a Coronavirus vaccine. It is hoped, that Clinical trials of a vaccine will begin this week here in the UK. These are expected to take some time, but IF it works the vaccine would provide immunity from this Coronavirus for at least a year.

Talking about the number of COVID escalating in my country. The truth is that the Nigerian government is the most corrupt government in the whole world to the extent that they can't give a specific truth to serious events. Two months ago was when the news claimed to have confirmed a man from Italy with COVID here in Lagos. And that was the first case confirmed by the health commissioner. When the news has gone viral, the former president Obasanjo (known as OBJ) made a declaration that the health commissioner deviced a hoax with the purpose of getting money from WHO. Obj said on several occasions they have failed to show him the man and these how they kept promoting the hoax to some list of recovered patients. Obj yet declared again that the discharged claims are people with malaria and fever. I don't trust my country reports.
You can imagine TV channels in Nigeria had four different reports on the Nigerian chief of staff Abba Kyari's age. And just this morning I heard that Abba Kyari's death news was a hoax (false). According to the latest rumour that Abba Kyari was sent to a place where he will treated. Already the Nigerian government made a video of his burial and still violated the rule not in social distancing at the so called burial.

We assessed the antiviral potential of ribavirin, 6-azauridine, pyrazofurin, mycophenolic acid, and glycyrrhizin against two clinical isolates of coronavirus (FFM-1 and FFM-2) from patients with SARS admitted to the clinical centre of Frankfurt University, Germany. Of all the compounds, glycyrrhizin was the most active in inhibiting replication of the SARS-associated virus. Our findings suggest that glycyrrhizin should be assessed for treatment of SARS.
