After a night sweating it out, I feel much better than I did yesterday  . Sweating what out? Are you ok? Yes, I'm feeling a lot better today. Just mild flu, definitely not Covid-19, the symptoms are different .

These guided meditations are often remarkable . OT: lot's better but I might put off shopping until Tuesday so I don't start a panic if I cough while waiting to be let in the Supermarket

 not that^^^ but happy for you crystal  I was slow...@crystal Sweaty and sappy  I knew I shouldn't walk after 6am got a oh my weeds got away from me(only knee high  )and the trellis has gone wild please... so got 2 solid hours of physical yard work in and they paid me for 3 cause they was so happy

I will never randomly start something on YouTube for instance, and when it's a new one I first listen to it, and often discard it, hihi. Not everyone approaches energywork the same way :) As for a cold and going out, yes, you have to think about that. I daren't cough at all, but sometimes I just have to as I have bronchitis. There was this quote on FB: Normally people say 'bless you!' when you sneeze, now you have to run for your life!

I feel like regurgitated dog crap.
Think I seriously hurt the MCL of my right knee, but the leg needs to be falling off before I even consider going to the VA hospital at the present time. |

Dr put me on an inhaler. albuterol er something like that.
I know why medical stuff costs so much. A 'puffer' used to be a cartridge in a housing. You shook it up and squeezed to get the puff. Well, not anymore. This thing has more hardware in it than a computer and ya gotta twist load it prime it and twist it to get the puff. Whats more, you don't just get the cartridges, you get a whole new apparatus with each refill. This is one serious and heavy device. Combivent Respimat Inhaler
