Here we go some days I am both,
But I dont enjoy eather one, so what up PEEPS pls do tell Coldersky wants to know?. |

Force yourself to be out in public most days. Start to build a social life for yourself. So many ways to do this from being a volunteer for something, to taking some type of class, visiting a mid morning coffee shop, to doing a happy hour several times a week. Find what is a "fit" for you; try different things until you get there!

I enjoy being alone sometimes. Never happens with kids though. Sometimes I'm lonely for adults outside of family and work. Sometimes I'm lonely for someone to be intimate with.... Just not rushing it though.

I work five days a week myself so I know being with other people is not my problem doing movies alone dinner alone it gets old just saying I'm not into bars most of my older friends have died
as for new friends I have a few its good You can be with other people and still be lonely this is true I am very well rounded and well read I believe we all need people JMO Coldersky bigtime  ️ ️ ️

I rarely get to be alone.
And, between my dogs, and the raccoon they've apparently "adopted"... The animals never allow me to feel lonely. |

I work during the week so always around others, then I go to friends from time to time to visit on the weekends...
Actually I'm alone quit often, but I kind of like being able to do as I please when I want to.. One reason I bought a trike was to get out more but yet on my own.. As far as being lonely I'm sure everyone is from time to time.. It is always nice at times to have someone around to share things with.. As far as going places alone I have found out it is not that bad.. At restaurants I sit at the bar to eat... There is always some sort of conversation going on most of those that sit at the bar are singles out on their own as well.. I do cause I don't care to sit at a table by myself.. Movies not a problem I'm going to watch the movie,I kick back and enjoy it.. with my popcorn... |

I have a small family and little friends most of the time alone but I don't feel lonely. Solitude can be good for you it can help you find yourself. I'm single and don't have children I have a pup now but it gives me a lot of time to read, workout and think.

For some they do wonders for those times your lonely~~ |
