I never had a problem with family working in the same field, recommended amongst colleagues. IF they were QUALIFIED, who cares? I only have a problem when they don't really have the qualification, but are given positions anyway ....
Biden's son was chosen, along with many in his field, who were QUALIFIED to do that job, so there is no scandal except the fabricated one. |

At director level you don't need knowledge of oil & gas or Ukraine all one need's is lobbing power within White House Sufficient to hold up the Alaskan pipeline on grounds of environment protection so that Ukraine oil & gas keeps flowing. --xxx Ukraine very poor economy - I can live with this |

I just have to
 have watch this trial on and off for days ... this is where they stand now ... oh he did it... but some of the senators say that ok ...we still stand with him... being Republican... no need for impeachment ... no need for wittiness to be called now ... we know he abused his power but some say thats ok ... My goodness we are not having a trial to let just wait ... we know he did wrong and abused power and so many American say... call some wittiness ... these senators act as if they... just show up and say no becouse they want to please the president and have no backlash... is unreal to our constitution ... ok to smear Biden as they did and under their breath woo hoo ...we did good prez ... I am pretty scared now... there will be no recurse to stop a president to do nothing & had the chance now... our future is pretty bad ... He says it is great ...sure for him and the higher up once they cut more from medicare... medicaid ...SS... food + many other things that help the people of America ... they our planing and not saying ... becouse he is doing great ... they say one way to tell is... the low rates... they have lowered and lowered &them still not helping the USA ... I say it now ... I am pretty scared now... there will be no recurse to stop a president to The bigger picture drawn by Trey Gowdy is: Democrats took the wrong cases for impeachment. 1. Russia's involvement --- Mueller Report --- expensive, disastrous failure 2. Stormy Daniels payoff -- Micheal Cohen indicted 3. Biden candidacy --- knocked down as money grubbing - Impeachment proceedings turned to being a cover up for Bidens --xx Clearly, Trump cannot be impeached because his daughter works at the White House mainly because JFK set a precedent with his brother working as Attorney General ---xx Trump's sons do foreign business His daughter is getting Chinese patents and Saudi grants 4. Yes, there is no precedent so far and this could have been a basis for impeachment but Vice President Biden already set a precedent! 5. Trump's reversal of US European joint deal with Iran but even this could not be investigated because of strong Jewish presence in Senate --xx World Scenario: Anybody can see that US economy will thrive till 2024 at least, one of underlying reasons for Brexit China will continue to be infested with more viruses and balance of payment will be in favor of US by 2024. Rest of Europe and rest of Asia will sink a little more but survive. The question is will Iran survive till 2024? In my opinion, Democrat congressmen blundered heavily, effectivly handing over 2020 election to Trump, effectively impeached the American people and world. So instead of hanging in till death they should en-mass resign and give way to younger generation who have energy and while they have energy -- like Cortez Else the next Republican president after 2024 -- is anybody's guess. |

Really, impeachment is always a joke. WE are too PARTY aligned. We do not have too much corruption in politics, we have too much BS party 'allegiance'. Individuals are held hostage to 'group think' instead of individual thought. They are held to more of an allegiance to the party line than to ethics and integrity. It is a joke.
Impeach a candidate? you know the outcome. IF the majority are of that candidate's party, nothing will come of it. That candidate will have their party line back them up and support them and the other party tear them down. All that will REALLY matter are the numbers. |

It is too good for television. Another problem is that it is publicly viewed, inspiring more bs grandstanding. I wish it was private until it was COMPLETE. And then, and only then, should the transcripts be public. The proceedings should include citations and references to the 'evidence' each congressman/woman brings up or claims.
That way people can SEE for themselves and have to read and retain what the actual issues and responses were. As it is, there is a bunch of dramatic nonsense, in my opinion, and not just this impeachment, the last one too. Republicans will never vote against a Republican president any more than Democrats will vote against a Democratic President. The only non-hyperbolic and TRUE thing Trump has said is that he can shoot someone in times square and his supporters would not bat an eye to excuse or ignore or justify it. I am just hoping at best that this election will boot his butt out the door. AS unlikely as it is (most presidents for decades have been two termers), I will continue to hope someone with more integrity, ethics, humility, maturity, experience, and actual interest in the public will campaign their way to replacing him. |

I just can't believe what he did is not impeachable ... saying sure was wrong but can't justify it as impeachable ... then leaking the swizzle blower like they did ... then I heard this meeting took place a few people in his office ... to go after Biden in March ... and one was his lawyers... that was at that table testifying for him ... listening to someone today ...
