That's not the so called "Obamacare", that's regular for profit health care through an insurance company. I work part time for a health care provider and get excellent health and dental coverage for less than 100 bucks a month.

I can understand why English people are put off long distance relationships with people outside the EU. Immigration is a complicated process and there are financial requirements placed on the UK citizen in order to qualify as a sponsor, immigration is, and is becoming an even more complex process in the UK, so much easier dating someone living closer to home.

I don't know what you base your view of English women on? The royal family?
England has all kinds of people, like every country, good people, honest people, and so on, but also snobs, liars, people who cheat and so on.
What you seem to be focused on is the upper class. England has or used to have that, upper class, upper middle class, lower middle class, lower class.
The majority wasn't and isn't like that.

We do get free dentists, but it's not as good as if you go private

Only free if you are on benefits ,even with a small income you have to pay something like 50. 100. 200 for national health treatment , some towns are short of dentists and only private is available, some charge a fee per month to be on their books
