Michael.....the questioner...the ponderer...the reflective spirit.

The questioner, a man who questions himself, who sees himself in another's words, who hears that which is his message. Humble, and gentle, with questions asked, so that he may better understand the other....whilst learning more about himself.

The ponderer...not quick to judge, always giving the space for a person to show themselves, especially when communication may be going awry. Then respectfully pondering the other person, before offering any thoughts and ideas.

The reflective spirit.....Michael does the work, he corrects his less than authentic pieces of himself, he takes the time, to learn that which is him, and discards that, which does not resonate as him.

The quiet achiever....the voice of calm introspection.

Sometimes the 'voice of reason', when the children are tearing around the threads, throwing things at each other....no chastising, ever, but more a gentle smile and a reassuring wink.

The supporter....compassionate and empathic...yet balanced and calm.

That is how Michael lands in my reality.....the brother, the friend, the family...another piece of the all.

I'll just repost my previous words concerning Michael,...

CreativeSoul: He seems to be the only genuine philosopher on the forums. Rather than looking for answers he seems to be more interesting in finding new questions. A brilliant mind seeking to devour the infinite knowledge of eternity. It doesn’t seem to bother him in the least that his quest will traverse forever. He seems to intuitively understand that time is neither the tic nor the toc but the ethereal void whose essence is but a shadow of their ever-undulating pulse.

I’ll add that I never see Michael getting personal with anyone unless the other person in an engagement just won’t drop the personal innuendos. Even then, Michael tries his very best to point out that he’s not interested in the ego dance and that he’s just trying to ascertain an open-minded approach to the topics at hand. He just wants to discuss philosophy and share insights and I think he does it very well.

This is how he lands in my reality.
