Topic: Cool accents | |

Is anyone else drawn to certain accents? I find there are a few that definitely 'cause me to pay closer attention.
I think the southern gentleman, who speaks with southern accent AND charm and manners is one of those accents. The same is true of the English gentleman, or the Italian gentleman. of course, it all falls away if the requirement of gentleman is not met. Ignorance sounds like ignorance with any type of accent ...lol. what are some of your favorites? |

Anything can sound exotic, if done right.lol |

Scottish and Northern Irish accents sound nice. As for German accents, I would pick again the North of the country, and the Southwest, where the Black Forest is.

Larsi,
I'm impressed with your good ears! Scottish & Northern England should have subtitles! Irish I'll agree with(guess where my people are from!). Girls with Kiwi accents are nice. I like German accents excluding Bavaria...they can be a little rough. |

A softly spoken female with any accent I find very attractive. It's when they start yorping and shouting, that shatters the illusion. |

I'm sure most women here would agree--Sean Connery. The man. The accent. Yesss!! Deep calm voice, very very sexy! And the accent shining through, wonderful! Does help the man himself was sexy too, his aura, how he carried himself. One of the sexiest men ever. And he never divorced his missus, also unique. |

My ex had a really nice accent, and a very deep voice, calm energy. First time I heard him speak my knees got weak, hihi.
Dutch accent of course. As for English... I like BrE. And Scottish or a Scottish accent shining through when they speak English. Love it! |
